      That makes no sense. How do all these bang average sides up and down the many tiers of English football or European football and beyond exist and have fans if winning is all that matters? These sides don't even compete for trophies and yet sell out stadiums all the way down to non-league football. Do all these clubs want their club owners out? This speaks to the impatience of football fans which is symptomatic of modern society. Technology has created a syndrome of impatience because it makes everything so accessible and easy, but winning isn't easy. Success still takes planning, time and hard work.

What about, for instance, when Rodri was suspended and they lost 3 games on the bounce? And as for Craig, who I usually support, banging on about the City charges shows a naivety and ignorance.. Those charges allege multiple frauds - criminal offences - and also that they are on a global scale involving some huge names in commerce as well as top auditors. A criminal trial of this nature would take years to prepare for and City are no different.

  • @Raptorman0909
    @Raptorman0909 Před 25 dny

    In the form Tottenham have been in recently you'd have to give City very high odds to beat Spurs, but it isn't that simple! A couple years back City won the title having only lost three games over the whole season -- two of those losses came from Spurs!
    One more point ... Spurs started the season well then went sideways half way through and they now find themselves in a position to redeem themselves by beating City again. The Gunners might want us to beat City and might think we'd do it for them -- no, not a chance. Beating City to end the season would offer promise for next season. Oh, and one more factor ... Spurs are in 5th and likely to finish there, but if we beat City and Villa has a problem then we could snag 4th as we did a couple seasons back. Only back then we took 4th from Arsenal!
    So, being reasonable it is likely City will win and if they do it might be a 4-1 thrashing. OTH, if Tottenham win it might be more like 4-2 -- I really don't see a 1-0 kind of game.
    OK, one more point: Spurs have nothing to lose -- if we lose that was to be expected so why not go out in glory!

    I may be in a minority here but I think Arsenal have hit the celing with the current set of players. Arsenal need an upgrade or at least a good back up for Ben White and Partey and better back up for Odegard, Saka and Havetz. Saka has been so bad is some games but him being exceptional in others hides his bad performances.Same goes with Odegard and Partey. Jorginho, Smith Rowe , and Viera are not the backups of Arsenal standard now . If Arsenal wants to compete with city , they cannot have a off game so equally good rotational players are needed. If they are contend with 2nd then the squad is fine .

    The only thing that made sense in this video was Craig bringing up the 115 charges. Other than that, these lot should know that nothing is guaranteed in football, so all that talk of Arsenal being in a good position to dominate for years to come is all balderdash. They've had their chance, next season many teams will step up making it even more difficult to win the title. Also, I expect Atsenal will drop off next season, which is absolutely normal after having two outstanding seasons back-to-back. History has shown that if you have a stretched squad like they do, you inevitably drop-off. Well, goodluck to them next season anyway.

      Just stop with that stupid take! City are going to win the title 4 times in a row and you think your Chelsea or Man Utd or whichever team you support will win the title with few new players? Neither City or Arsenal are gonna upgrade in certain positions, and they're only 2 teams and maybe Liverpool who have a settled squad, unlike the others. But stop with that tape recorder on a loop comment everyone's doing.

      @onochieosaji9427 Před 25 dny

      @kunalbhattacharya1752 the only stupid take is yours as it's baseless. What exactly is your bone of contention? I said Arsenal had a chance this season, but that they very well may have blown it, and that there is no guarantee for success in coming seasons since football doesn't work that way. Last season LFC were meant to compete for the title, but see how that turned out. So I said AFC would have to cope with the inevitable burnout that cones with competing at the highest level with City, something LFC experienced last season. So what take exactly is getting you riled up like an infant.
