- Delicious and quick dinner recipe. Why didn't I know this recipe before! An incredibly simple recipe in a pan that anyone can cook. We no longer eat in cafes and restaurants, I cook only homemade food. No oven! Very easy recipe for dinner, a lot of healthy vegetables and a simple dough, finely chop everything and mix. This dish looks like pancakes with vegetables or vegetable flatbread - very tasty. Friends, be sure to cook this dinner and write to me in the comments, did you like the recipe?🤗😍
1 egg.
2 tsp sugar.
1 tsp salt.
170 ml warm milk.
1.5 tsp yeast.
170 ml warm water.
250 gr flour.
Bunch of parsley.
1 green onion.
1 sweet pepper.
1 green pepper.
Black olives.
Large tomato.
1 medium onion.
1 large potato.

I have everything in that recipe except the 30 minutes to cover the dough and wait😂

I made this recipe the other day. Since I didn't have potato, I used cheddar cheese instead and it came out beautifully. It tastes really really good too. I had mines for breakfast 😋. Thank you for this easy to follow treasure. I am from South Africa.

Hello I'm from Indonesia... As i watch your video i realize how similar this recipe with my mom's "bakwan". Except she doesn't use yeast. Also we used cabbage, carrots, and bean sprouts for stuffing instead of peppers. Maybe you can try Indonesian bakwan some day

We made most of the similar this recipe in Bangladesh but without yeast and we serve it some pickles or freshly made chatney or dried fish paste(vorta) or coriander paste or chilli paste and it tastes awesome 👌

Wow! I just made this for dinner and both of my kids liked it! It was so flavorful. I was actually nervous about that bc I thought that it's so little salt for all those veggies, but I was wrong.
Someone in the comments suggested 2 tsp of baking powder instead of yeast so I did that bc I never have yeast. Mine came out a little thicker and less tortilla like but Idk if thats bc I put too much batter in the pan at a time or what.

Could you prepare the dough and vegetables at night and refrigerate them (after the dough has risen). Could you cook them the next day? You do leave the liquid in all the vegetables correct? Looks delicious! Thank you for sharing.
Hello, the dough can be made in the evening and put in the refrigerator overnight, but you don’t need to cut the vegetables, they will go bad by then. 😊

It's definitely a pancake and would taste great wrapped around a filling like buttery broccoli or cauliflower in a bit of a cheddar cheesy sauce for a more complete vegetarian meal. Because it isn't a dough but a batter you could use baking powder instead of yeast to avoid the long cooking process. * you can also put spoonfuls of mirepoix in it. Its delicious.
