- This is a really crispy crunchy toast sandwich with egg cheese on the outside. The ham is inside. Enjoy it in two versions: one with mayonnaise and the other with garlic and butter.
Ingredient :
1. Sliced bread
2. Ham
3. Cheese and mozzarella
4. Egg
5. Salt, pepper, parsley
6. Mayonnaise or garlic, butter and honey

I may have to lightly toast the bottom slice first as it looked a bit soft on the bottom, but otherwise definitely going to try! A little tip here:
Instead of putting butter and garlic separately on top (and maybe sides too) of the bread, roast the garlic in the oven for around 10 minutes, mix it with softened butter and then put it on the bread. I think this might taste better than Haru's method (not sure but I'm saying my opinion)

I buy the garlic butter in a tub. If I spread it on toasted white bread, it tastes more like butter. Spread on French bread slices and pop in microwave for 30 seconds, really taste the garlic. (If I had a CZcams cooking channel, it would be the Lazy Little Old Lady's Meals.
Garlic will get cooked and roasted with heat but I guess could try both.
@@SandS72 it would get heated on the bread but when you cook it with a bit of oil or even butter on the stove. Thats how it releases more flavor. It does more than just heat it. You aren't cooking it just by adding it to the bread and toasting it with it

It's in the oven as we speak! Tip I learned from doing this just now: don't use jumbo eggs as there's a lot of egg white that can spill out of the bread
355 at 15 min was not even close enough for my regular egg to be cooked.
I didn’t poke holes in the yoke maybe that’s why but I highly doubt it

This is such a great idea to spruce up a normal grilled cheese. I mixed my mayo with some gochujang before spreading it on the top peice and the flavor sent me right back to my tour in korea. Highly recommend trying it 👌

It's exciting to see what passes for mozzarella in the world. Native to Italy, this cheese is really fresh and very creamy on the inside. There are also smoked versions. Never, certainly never, does it appear as a solid block throughout Europe
I hope this is not the 5% mozzarella cheese they use in the junk food industry.. but when I see the among of plastic they use. I don't really believe we got same quality as a fresh one from Italy.

Former close neighbor of Italy here, now living in Canada. Lover of REAL CHEESE! When I moved to Canada I discoverd the hard way 😱 what is being sold here as " cheese". I know in the meantime already where to get my "cheese fix", at least fresh Mozzarella balls in liquid, REAL imported Jarlsberg, REAL imported Swiss Emmental , REAL imported Gouda, and even a variety of "blue cheese", even Gorgonzola Dolce latte! 🤩 I refuse to eat the here common and most used "plastic cheese", that gets produced in HUUUUUGE 60lbs blocks while vacuumsealed, and then cut down into little flat pieces to get vacuum-sealed again...sometimes marbled...
I've watched this recipe last night, and just had it for brunch, using Jarlsberg, grated forbthe too and thinly sliced (with the cheese slicer gadget) for the middle layer. It turned out absolutely perfect, though, I used 360°C, and it took almost 30 minutes even with convection in the Breville Toaster Oven Pro. That's something I am going to make now more often. What a treat!

@@alessayana , может быть, но я, если буду знать, что там мёд, даже не дотронусь. Не могу есть вместе солёное со сладким. Никогда не ем салаты с мясом и ананасом, с мясом и яблоками. Одно исключение - это сыры со специальным мармеладом. И это единственное извращение, которое себе позволяю. 😂

Tip: do the egg part with the sandwich already inside the pan that goes in the oven. There's 90% chance some of the egg white it's going to fall down if you're not a professional xD

I know it’s super wasteful lots of plastic, but here’s to hoping it’s biodegradable because getting your mayo bottle in a bag with a cute design is like my perfect world lol

I am eating this as I write. I used Monterey Jack instead of mozzarella. I had to cook at reduced temp for about ten more minutes to cook the eggwhites - I warmed up the eggs, but it took a while for the sandwich center to get warm enough to cook the eggs. Less than 24 hrs from watching to cooking. Really good meal. Subscribed.
Also having issues with the egg whites cooking trying it on the air fryer quickly right now to get the whites done
