What do you think of Dale's experiences and thoughts?
You can tell he’s a good man. Not arrogant, not entitled, quite insightful. I’m sure that’s got a lot to do with why he hasn’t had any bad experience with Filipinos.
Learn to adapt, smile, be open, enjoy and don’t just look at the negative. If locals can be happy with what little they have.. you should be able to do the same
I've known my Filipina fiancée for almost a year now and I didn't know such happiness was even possible.
Awe 😊
My husband’s friend said that to me when we were just dating, 34 years after he’s always frowning and mean 😂.
😧
@@JulienSorelEatsSabras yes. My husband’s friend said he caught him smiling without no reason while they’re both working and when he asked him he said he’s so happy he found me 😂. We dated for 3 years before we got married still after 34 years we’re still adjusting, Im a working machine from morning to dawn and he’s the opposite he’s a very good provider tho. The only things connected us are love and respect if you have that you’ll have a successful marriage.
Oh your hubby is a smooth one. I plan on a few years of activity building the house and making babies and then I let her know ahead of time that except for some hiking and swimming I won't be too active. If the babies get to be too much, she has 2 sisters and a mom to help out, and we can always get a helper. But yes, friend and partner. Cheers.
He is absolutely right. This is a place where you truly get what you give. Too many good people here to pay attention to the bad. But be a fool and you'll be fooled ✌🏾
Good interview. Audio sounded rough.
good interview...great guy....
I appreciate your vlog. It's nice to just meet people on the street. Nobody we've ever heard of or will hear from again but can give an honest opinion on how they see the world. Keep up the good work.
Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed the video 🥳
Great interview, the guy has years of life experience there so good to hear. Btw, is it my WiFi or is the audio bad on this video? Perhaps the guys mic?
bad audio on the interview
Thank you.very much sir.for considering good pilipino.
The face and the sound of calm and content. Sanaalll, as they say.
This guy is telling the truth. 👍
I think Dale knows how to adapt with Filipinos, thats a good thing, he makes an honest and straight forward advise base on his observation and experience. Nice tips for foreigners. Great video to share.
Another great interview Alex! 👍
Thank you😁
very true
I enjoy it alex nice interview
Thank you!! Happy you enjoyed it 😁
Periodic audio static. Good interview though Alex, thanks !!
Thanks
enjoyed watching
Thank you 🥳
The sound is bad
I enjoy your street interviews, but there was a lot of static this time.
Thanks. It's hard to control outdoor environment sometimes. With thr music and construction etc. It's not obvious at the time.
I really wanna finish this video but the audio is soo bad sorry.. ill find other videos of yours to watch
that random east asian @ 6:46 LOL
who was that and what was her purpose Alex my guy ?
Sounds to me like he sure has a good grip on the life 'there' - and Australia + the US ! -- An unusual person with all that 'experience' and for so long too. -- His perception is certainly worth more than many others I would say ? Likely quite accurate and it fits the $1500 budget many seem to recommend - for that - "comfortable" - retirement ! His is the city life so I feel sure there are those in more rural areas - able to make the $800 -- $1000 budget work for them as many claim as well ? A 2024 video adjusted for inflation. --?-- ❤ 🙏 👍 👏 🍺
Cant here it well alex
Hey man, I watch your videos all the time, but lately, your audio quality Is getting really bad. It would be great if you could invest in a higher-quality Bluetooth microphone, like the Rode. I've noticed many vloggers using it with or without windbreakers, and the audio is consistently great. It would really enhance the viewing experience.
Thanks for the advice. New mic is in 👍
Do you mind fixing the audio. There so much static.
Yall people are living in some type of universe that I’m not aware of. I will leave it at that.
It may be another universe but it's only a plane ride away, and just another plane ride to come back to your home universe. Others are maybe even just a few hours of plane ride.
I believe that a person never wanting to go to an unfamiliar place because of the fear of the unknown, is fairly common. But if the reason to never go is NOT because of the fear of the unknown, but instead maybe a subconscious fear of getting trapped in that place, then how can you convince that person that he/she lives in this place already, where nobody is prohibiting him from leaving, nor from leaving and coming back whenever he likes. Nobody is keeping anyone TRAPPED in the place where they're living unless they are subconsciously doing it to themselves.
Most on camera are (usually) inclined to be positive with interviewers they just meet.
Your choice of graphics and which go where is hilarious. E.g., he says be careful about the women and you insert this clip 6:45. HA HA HA HA
😉
❤👍🙏🇵🇭
This good fella looks like the older version of Elon Musk.
ALEX , I HOPE YOU FIND YOUR LADY THERE LOL
Bad audio!!! On expat
Poor audio quality
Audio not to good
If they could stop trashing and burning that would help. People are very nice for sure no doubt about that very respectful. If you like farm you would enjoy it with farm animals even in your subdivision 😅. Noise and burning. Beaches are beautiful like hundreds islands etc. best time to visit December to January after that is hot and extremely humid and rainy season. If you want to stay make sure you buy away from neighbors unless you enjoy smoke in your house and outside 😅 with chickens and roasters barking 24 hours at your window. Thanks for this video. Only in the Philippines they say and you will soon find out what that’s mean that slogan 😅
The people in general are very nice for sure 😅. Only problem is the harsh weather hot and humid 40 Celsius up. 90% of natural disaster is in Asia like earthquakes, volcanoes and tsunami. Heavenly polluted with vehicles out of shape, burning their garbages all over or trashing in the river. Burning aluminum, plastics, cardboard, leaves etc. smoke all over keeping windows and doors close most of the time. Noisy neighbors because many have farm pets roaming all over you may get free eggs but scratches paint on your car. Yes! Women are very nice, extremely polite, for all taste beautiful skin color mostly catholic faith and some in between Protestant like Baptist, Pentecostal etc. The president Marcos promised the rice to go down to 20 pesos a kilo but it was just a trick to be elected now the rice is 60 kilo. Marcos promised was just words and he said publicly that he could not lower the price of rice because of the war in Ukraine 😅. I did not know Ukraine was dealing with rice which was another lied. Philippines buy rice from China and Thailand not Ukraine. The lock down for the last 3 years was bad poorly managed by the former president Duterte losing 2 millions business has if Philippines needed that. People in Philippines are not good voters they are voting for “ popularity contest” nothing to do with intelligence and qualifications. The best time to come to Philippines is around December to January climate 28 celcius after that 40 up 48 Celsius entering a stove unless you go on the mountain of Baguio nice weather year around but prone to earthquake and landslides during rainy season and extremely dangerous to drive there because of trucks not updated breaks poorly maintain. Many accidents and tragedy last time a van all inside died another one a bus with children many hurt some died etc. safety is not a priority and do not cross the road because drivers doesn’t stop for pedestrians. Working condition is miserable for many of them minimum salary is 10,000 pesos but most of them get lower than that which is like 170 up dollars a month. 100 millions people there 12 millions working abroad sending money back home. Just saying married 12 years with a filipina and returning to America because of the bad weather of Philippines extreme humidity and hot. My wife and child getting allergies and sick not good constantly under the aircon AC not good not healthy to be always running that and burning all over the neighborhood. Bye bye Philippines
Awwww.......
Sorry to hear.
Im, Still Going ❤!!!😊
buddy we can not pleased you
Marcos did not promise for P20 per kilo of rice LOL no need to say bye,bye just leave country
@KurtPBoehm007 😂
@@yvonne2000 stop lying will you marcos said 20 pesos per kilo
Guy reminds me of Mark Thorton.
Haha I see the resemblance
Lumaki ung tenga nung babae sa likod
Dude I'm retired my kids are not just grown they are over 40 ... Why would I care if a woman is a good mom or mother.. at my age... Why are you guys going there to start families at your ages.. wth is wrong with you guys,,, have you never gotten laid.. serious this is crazy... men over 60 starting families that is just nuts
Buddy did you watch the video? Stop assuming shit and judging my guest. He's been there nearly a quarter century and a grown as kid in university. So he started a family then. Not now.
You are a dumb ASS, if a woman is a good mom and mother it beats 90 % of western women, starting a family or not those kind of qualities are superior
This gentleman has been with his Filipina wife for 24 years till present. You didn't really watch the video because you just presumed.
He has a half Filipino kid.... He's giving his experience. It's his interview, not yours
