1968 Camaro Project #23 Sand Blasting, Lower Cowl Fitment, and Cutting Out The Toe Board

  • This week I clean up the back of the firewall and dash in preparation for the lower cowl which needs some adjustment. Then I figure I should go ahead and patch the toe boards while I have full access to them. More spot weld cutting and head scratching in my future.

      I believe it was a Dynacorn piece. It fit really well.

    Just found you and now subscribed, Enjoying your videos, you’re doing a great job on your Camaro! I like the fit of the new cowl panel. Do you know who made it? I’m thinking about replacing the upper cowl on my 67 Camaro and that you fits almost perfect on your car,

    What do you seal the bare metal with after you sand blast?

      Nothing. The climate here is quite dry and it hasn't begun to rust again.
