HOW TO CHARGE AIRPODS: 1.Connect charger to airpods case and it should be flashing red 2.Once fully charged the case will stop flashing red and you will just see it light up red 3.Then remove the charger and charge the airpods by pressing the button on the front of the case 4.Once both airpods are blue colour this means they’re fully charged 5.Now you can use them by pairing them like I’ve told you below 6.Once the charge runs out just put them back in the case and press the button on the front to turn them off HOW TO PAIR TWO TOGETHER: 1.Make sure charging case is off 2.Take both airpods out of the case 3.Hold button on both airpods at the same time until lights begin to flash 4.Wait till lights are flashing on only one airpod 5.Then turn Bluetooth on your phone on and click on “TWS-i7” 6.Once finished with earphones put them both back in the case and press the button on the front of the case twice in order for them to disconnect
When the case is "charged", i just place them in the case to charge them. Light turns blue on the button, red on the earphones. It seems it is charging, but turns of after 30 secs. Just opened them.

@@gintsgreikss4578 I'm Donna's husband - I found the problem was that the pods themselves have to be pushed down firmly into the charging holes at the bottom, you'll see the case is shaped for them to sit in a recess, when they are all the way in the recess they are plugged in correctly

I have a black version of these and mine don't shine as bright as yours does, i see the blue light on the box but the lights inside for the headphones dont light up. I can just barely see 2 red dots if i look close enough and in the darkness. Are mine defective or is that part of the black set?
because the black ones are hard to see the colours I just countturn off bluetooth press both buttons on each earbud and hold untill both light up red and blue alternately (count 5 seconds). then only click one earbuds button twice this will sync up the earbuds together, one then will stay lit and the other will not.

So you need to put them back in the base, press the charge button twice to have them off. Pull them back out, make sure your phone forgets them, then hold one in each hand and hold down both buttons together until they flash. Let them flash it out until only one flashes, then open your phone and find them. So that is NO double clicking on the earbuds or anything.

when you first get these you should do the following to make sure you have a good set. 1) charge the pod with out having the ear buds in. the chargepod should flash red until its fully charged then it will stay a solid red. 2) unplug chargepod and place earbuds inside. make sure they fit all the way down and turn on chargepod. chargepod should show blue and earbuds should show red. once they are fully charged the earbuds will then turn blue. 3) if the chargepod turns off before your earbuds turn blue. turn it back on again and see if the earbuds will then turn blue. if the chargepod turns off again before earpods turn blue then the chargepod is NO good. 4) if the chargepod makes a whiny sound when charging your earpods try to take out pods and place them back in. sometimes the connection isn't good. if it still makes a whiny sound then the chargepod's battery is on its way out. and you can't do anything about it. main thing is that no matter what you will only get between 1-1.5 hrs of music. even the higher end ones like the i9 may have a better sound quality but your still getting limited music time. I can't get anything more then 1.5 hours out of all the TWS models. I stand corrected I got 2.5 hrs on a i9s but its still a far cry from the 5-6 boasting on the box or comparable to the apple airpods

@@eyabuild9216 they blink when the charge box needs charging. when you charge the box it blinks red and when its a solid red its ready to go. they are a solid blue when charging the earpods and when it starts to flash its letting you know that its time to charge. you get about 5 full charges before the box needs to be plugged in.

First u can turn on the headphone when is blinking and u press both's headphone buton 3 time and quickly and u open u phone's bluetooth and click ur bluetooth's name and injoy the music
Which one goes in the right ear and which one goes in left? If I assume the one on the right while charging in it's case goes in the right ear then the channels seemed reversed. The left channel is heard in the right ear and vice versa. Is there an option on the earbuds to specify which side plays the right channel?

Nearly all bluetooth devices have lag, that's the drawback of Bluetooth. Bluetooth 5.0 is supposed to have less lag, but in the end you need aptX protocol support on both devices to solve this problem.
U mean u don't have the plug only wire? If u don't have the plug pick ur android charger then take of the thing and put it on ur wire the other wire for your airpods

Sorry to hear that. Make sure the base is totally unplugged from the USB cable. Then turn on, maybe off again, then on the button on the base. If the base is blue and the earbuds flash red, wait until the earbuds flash blue and then turn off the base
I turned on the power of the charging box to charge the EarPods but it then turns off and all the colours switches off, does this mean it’s already fully charged?
Well still, after getting them to work somewhat, they have terrible lag for whatever that is not listening to music. And the blue leds are flashing all time which is disgusting. They indeed suck.

First u can turn on the headphone when is blinking and u press both's headphone buton 3 time and quickly and u open u phone's bluetooth and click ur bluetooth's name and injoy the music

Which one goes in the right ear and which one goes in left? If I assume the one on the right while charging in it's case goes in the right ear then the channels seemed reversed. The left channel is heard in the right ear and vice versa. Is there an option on the earbuds to specify which side plays the right channel?

Just download Samsung Sound Assistant it has an on screen floating button that allows you to adjust volume for apps playing sounds. You can thank me later 😏

Soo can you charge the base while using the airpods. And one more thing do you have yo charge base first and then the airpods or do both of them charge together when the base id being charged
it works fine when listening to music, but it’s not syncing well with videos, a milisecond lag but still annoying when the audio & video dont sync

Nearly all bluetooth devices have lag, that's the drawback of Bluetooth. Bluetooth 5.0 is supposed to have less lag, but in the end you need aptX protocol support on both devices to solve this problem.
Well they are fake and cheap so....you can live with it

U mean u don't have the plug only wire? If u don't have the plug pick ur android charger then take of the thing and put it on ur wire the other wire for your airpods

Sorry to hear that. Make sure the base is totally unplugged from the USB cable. Then turn on, maybe off again, then on the button on the base. If the base is blue and the earbuds flash red, wait until the earbuds flash blue and then turn off the base
Only the left one gets turned on. I can't connect it. Right earbud remains dull.

Same situation, I charge these earpods case for a long time and then it will just charge earpods for a short time.
Well still, after getting them to work somewhat, they have terrible lag for whatever that is not listening to music. And the blue leds are flashing all time which is disgusting. They indeed suck.
