@DANY it's being 3 weeks i'm using it. It's service is now very bad. The box charge remains 4 / 5 hours and the earphone charge remains 40 mins. One ear has loud and one has low sound

ur ears might be the problem have u tried exchanging it with ur ears
To volume down use the multi functional key on your left ear long press for 3 sec and to increase vice versa

@@carsonherzfeld3947 if u have a Samsung like me, then download the Samsung Assistant app. One of features allows to control the volume. Jus add the app from where the music is playing and u can control the volume from there

I'm expecting for him to play some rhythm games. Because the one that I use right know is from different brand which is kinda sad because when I play some rhythm games (Tapsonic Top, Tapsonic Champion, Musynx, and Cytus2) it didn't match the music I mean the music was late. But it works okay with my songs/music.
