When i finish listening, i keep the ear piece in the charging case and it starts charging. When it finsh taking charge,then will i bring out it from the case or keep there?i mean, if i don't use.

If you wanna use both earpods just turn them on at the same time,put them on your ears and double click your right earpod and you will hear bluetooth connected and then connect them to your phone. Easy😊 i hope i helped some of you guys.

I have a question I just recently bought these earpods and I wanted to make sure that the case is fully charged I plug the cord into the charging port and have a flashing red light now how would I know when it's fully charged?

I got these as a backup to my more expensive earbuds, but the pairing for these started to get really annoying and they almost found their way to trash 🚮 bin! Looking at the date of your review, I had no idea that these earbuds had been around for that long (4 years) and they’re still being sold online for varying prices. Thank you again. 👍🏾

Amazon have ditched the seller,i tried to return them they told me they would refund me all my money but they didn't want them back because of a hazard issue with them, so they want me to just throw them in the bin?

So i just bought brand new ones recently and one (right airpod) charges with he red light from the airpod and the blue light from the case my left one for some reason chooses not to charge and I don't know what to do to fix it any thoughts?

Both pods are charged but turn on and both are connected but I can only receive audio from one at a time.

Double click one of your headset before connect to your phone, it will be connected to the other headset. After hearing the connected inform, u can connect with your phone

When I put my pods in the case to charge the blue light comes on and after 5-7 seconds it turns off. Does that mean that they are fully charged? Or do I have a defective pair.
Yeah what does that mean?!!!!
if your earbuds are still red and the case turns off. try it again and watch it. the case does turn off automatically after your earbuds turn blue with in a matter of seconds. so make sure that if it does turn off see if your earbuds are still RED or did they turn blue. if they are still RED and did not fully charge you can try and just charge the charge box. plug it in and when it stops flashing red unplug it and try to charge your earbuds again. if it once again turns off before the earbuds turn blue your charge case is busted. the better isn't good anymore in it
I did burnt the charging cable by accident cause i'm new to these earbuds do i leave the case on or off for charging the case with the ear buds in them an i'm not sure what to do
I am not technical and need your help I got both of the ear buds to work together even got it hooked up with my I pad even though I really wanted it to my cellphone now can I also connect to cellphone if it hooked also with my Ipad? I have a big problem with charging it do I have to do both the case charging it separate from the ear buds?? And it will not charge not sure what I did wrong husband hooked it to the computer . They actually work great and are even cheaper than wired ones lol. Only downer is they need to be charged often.

when the earbuds are done charging they will turn blue also.. so red is charging and blue is fully charged. sometime one earbud will turn before the other just sit and wait for the other one to charge.

Hi so i left the charging box to charge And when it stop flashing i just take it of and put my airpodes in the charging box the charging box was blue and one airpode was red and i left it like this and after a few minutes it turnes off . is it charged now or what exactly?

*Hello, I seem to have a problem with my charging*
*- I charged my case fully one day*
*- I put the headphones in the case ,press the button, it turns blue, my headphones turn red and I let them charge overnight*
*- but when I use the headphones my headphones loose battery EXTREMLY fast. And they are only charged 70% all the time*
*- they literally go 60% 40% then back at 70% in matter of minutes then after 10 minutes max the headphones die.*
*- I use the headphones on android

I spent 30 mins on it. What worked for me:
- *** TURN OFF your Bluetooth first and foremost. ***
- TURN ON both earbuds--it should blink blue and red. Only one earbud should remain blinking after a short few seconds.
- Now TURN ON your Bluetooth.
- Click on TWS-i7 or whatever it is listed on your phone
Try them out and both earbuds should be working now.

Hi. So I connected both my earpods in that way / method. It is both working though but my only problem is that the other earpod gets delayed in playing. Like the other one is completely fine but when I put on the other one its not working properly. I hope you can understand I just can't find the right words to use 🙏. I hope you can help me.
마조리 you may need to disconnect the connection from Bluetooth altogether and then reconnecting it from the beginning again. If you have an Apple, you’ll have to go to your Bluetooth, find the name for the earphones and choose FORGET THIS DEVICE. Turn off your earphones and then try the steps again. Hope that works for you. Good luck!

close both earpods
put them in ur ear same time and click the white button at the same time so it opens at the same time
then click on one of the epods the white button again TWICE
then open bluetooth and connect both pairings

yes this happens when you don't have enough power in the charge case to charge them. if you turn it on with no earphone in them and it turns on blue but when you put them in and try to turn it on and nothing happens plug in your charge case until it stops flashing. if its a solid red when you first plug it in, give it a few minutes it will start to flash.
