how do i change the volume on i17 EarPods please?

is it normal that this airpods sounds like sh?

My air buds don’t have any buttons any where on them its charge and go of course you do have unplug them

I had to buy another because one of the small button was disconnected from the ear piece. Now I have to do the same thing again. The button is still out.

They improved because when you remove them from the case it turns on

When one earpod is no light, and the other is red...does it mean it's still charging?? It's been 30mins and the earpod is still red color...but the case is blue. Since u showed that the earpods ar blue when they ar fully charged, hope u reply thank u
