This happened to me this week, right out of the blue. I’m in utter despair as my children have been taken from me and my life is being dismantled over a vindictive lie. I don’t know how people survive this
Update - my children were handed over to me by social services after she was caught in the lie. I’ve been a single dad of three running two businesses full time for the last 5 months. It's crazy. Either get a good attorney or, if that's not an option, prepare as much as you can. What she just said in this video was exactly how I wrote my criminal complaint! All 5 elements she stated was the motive behind this person's agenda but what they failed to understand was!! They underestimated my years in law enforcement. So my friend gather alllllll and I mean every single thing that you can and build a timeline, you'd be surprise what you can prove in court!
Its because for the most part women can get away with it in the miniscule chance they get caught in a lie a slap on the wrist is the worst consequence that will happen to them. Low risk high reward.
I grew up in a home full of DV. My dad was arrested for attacking his girlfriend with a loaded gun. I have a special hatred for people who pretend to be survivors for attention, money, or to avoid responsibility.
What I went through growing up is not a fashion accessory. These liars can rot in prison for mocking years of torment.

Thank you for addressing this issue. My wife of 20 years used the state to have me forcefully extracted from my house one night and I was served with a 20 page divorce petition 19 hours later. No marks, bruises, or evidence of any kind, and I still went to the dungeon. This Christmas will be the first that I’ve spent with my children in almost 4 years. She moved the other adulterer into my house 2 months after I left. I pay for him to usurp my household, and there’s no justice.
My abusive cheater ex girlfriend used one of these to keep me silent when i dumped her and kicked her out. Now she’s contacted me every year for the past 6 years, begged me to take her back repeatedly even though she’s gotten married with two kids.. now i see she has an assault with deadly weapon on her record.. but i have to deal with this negative mark for my entire life. It’s total bs how this works. I finally. Blocked her for good when I remembered this.
Get that mark off your record - expunged, sealed, dismissed, or the other one, which I don't remember the name of

This happened to a younger family member who’s in an ongoing case right now. The wife always hurt herself and one time she tried to strangle herself and my cousin called the cops on her, my cousin told the cops what happened and she said he did it so the cops took him instead. How is that fair when he’s the one who called the cops for help. She was brought up in a family where she was always craving for attention and have nothing while my cousin was brought up in a very supportive and loving home. She ruined his life by lying in court because she wants to keep her baby when she’s mentally ill, and it feels unfair that the judge who’s also a female seems like she’s siding the real perpetrator. There are evidences where she always talk down to my cousin and always threatens to kill him when she doesn’t get her way, how can a real domestic violence victim always threaten her perpetrator 🙄
You forgot to mention child/spousal support.If the person claiming domestic violence makes significantly more money, that person will not have to pay spousal support and child support (because he/she will have the child all the time.)

It took me 1.5yrs to write a 30 page document citing almost 300 pages of evidence proving beyond a reasonable doubt that i was psychologically and emotionally abused. The judge refused to drop the charges. I believe he did not even read the document. I have evidence that he distroyed court documents. I still have a warrant over my head and that causes me a lot of anxiety and dispair.
I will hold him, and her, accountable for their abuse.

happened to me in september. she did all of these. Florida is a 50/50 state and she used this to take my Princess away. I had a divorce attorney but they just told me to just tell the judge "it did not happen and it will all be handled in family court." I was absolutely petrified!!! I showed up to the trial (online) and before I even got a chance to tell the judge what daily life was really like with this worldly woman, she requested to withdraw the petition. I don't know if i still have a dv attached to my name or not but I want to know if I can sue her for filing this knowingly false claim. It should be attached to her ssn that she has done this so she will think twice about doing it the next time. She won't risk staying a violent person knowing that she may not be believed the next time either. I'm ok with that. I should NOT have to live as a felon who has never committed a felony
This happened to me in Florida. I had a top level security clearance and making 6 figures. The mother of my child filed a false domestic violence report and had me put in jail. I lost everything. Now I’m filing a lawsuit against her
We are going through the child custody part right now this woman has put our family through hell she's accused my son of hitting her 3 years ago he was arrested when we bailed him out he was arrested again within 5 minutes for a charge that was 2 months earlier he didn't even know about so we had to pay again fighting through all the court dates and him working to pay child support sometimes companies don't understand you can't miss court or they will just assume you're guilty this all happened when he told her he would be taking her to court for 50/50 child custody fast forward to a month ago they were back together he was working on repairing her house she had just inherited cutting her yard he had been there for a month things weren't working out so he moved out knowing what she is capable of the next day a cop shows up looking for him she claimed he stole a pole saw from her so he has an active warrant out for his arrest he would do anything just to see his daughter even after she made this false claim of the pole saw he has gone cut her grass and worked on the house so he could spend time with his daughter for the last 6 years he's either working 70 to 80 hours a week and coming home locked in his room depressed because he can't see Prestley 2 days ago her father that lives next door needed help with building something so he's been working all day and then going help her dad and that would give him a little time with his daughter you see he can't bring her here we only seen her maybe 12 times in 6 years so a few days of helping her dad he was waiting for Prestley to get through taking her bath and they would spend a little time before she had to go to bed her momma said no slams the door on my son causing the door to hit him in the face and bouncing off of him she then jumped him busted his lip and has big knot over his eyes I KNOW HE STOOD THERE AND TOOK IT AS LONG AS HE COULD as he told the cop tonight then he finally had to get her off of him and that he didn't want Prestley seeing this so trying to block punches he manage to stop her from swinging at him here's the sad sick crazy part the cop aggreed she was the aggressor but the bullshit story and charges about the pole saw beings she an active warrant out for his arrest that's why he's in jail tonight like I said the last 6 years have been a living nightmare

A friend of mine had an argument with his wife. She called the police and he died and in custody. He never assaulted her but he's dead.
After being falsely accused and my son's were taken away I wear a bodycam all the time now. still fighting to get my kids back. All because of a no evidence lie. not sure how it's so easy to get your children taken away and they end up with the actual abuser! Thanks for your videos!

I just got served by my ex who has lied about me threatening her and her partner. Funny thing is, she's actually the one threatening me and my partner and has shared my partners photo to people saying to beat her up if they see her. I fear I will lose even though I have screenshots of her threatening me multiple times and about her having people looking for my new gf. Fingers crossed but not hopeful because of the fact I'm a male and she's a female.
To top it off, she neglected our kids which resulted in the police taking the kids (she went out and got drunk, didn't go home).
Police got a hold of her and gave the kids back. 4 hours later she did the same thing. Then she tried to surrender the kids to child safety. Fortunately I was contacted by police and child safety and I was able to get my kids back. However, because of my above comment, I hope amd pray I don't lose my kids.
Dealing with this now. Found out my now ex was fornicating with multiple men and started stripping. After her employer was made aware of her new career choice, she decided to say i touched her

I've been through this recently. Vindictive ex tried everything to dismantle my life but at the end truth prevailed and I got the justice. Still trying to figure out what could be the reason. I guess it's something I'll never find out!

This happened to a close friend. The woman is insecure and desperate. This was her attempt to keep him under her thumb regarding immigration. Now she stalks and begs for him to come back. It's really frightening that some women can lie and get away with it. It makes it hard for real victims.
My wife makes a lot more money than i have since covid (I wound down businesses) and she is trying to take advantage of the DVRO to reduce or eliminate my alimony.
I’m sorry that you’re going through that. Sadly, a lot of these DVROs are filed because of money, custody, living situations… all kinds of reasons other than needing protection.
My ex could only move in with her twin sister (for free) if she showed her a restraining order on me.... with no incident, and my friend being a family law attorney, we had it dismissed when she didn't show in court.
I've know of women who had men arrested and while in jail, his tools, etc... were somehow stolen, or just gone... put his vehicle where it will be towed, etc...
being so focused on the DV charges, they can't do anything about the property.
I really like how you wanted to not use GENDER in the description.... I believe that if polce reports were written with ((SUBJECT 1 & 2, etc)) where the DA doesn't know who is who. .. Also, I think a voice to printed word program should be used over , or along with a SUMMARY REPORT hand written.

Please start taking on cases in Fresno County, California. Also, if possible, please present this same message from this video to Fresno Police Department and to the Marjorie Mason Center in Fresno. Fresno has a LOT of actual DV against women, but also a lot of false allegations for custody and financial leverage, but it seems like the local people working in the system are either unaware of or ignore this.

I’m going through this now. I got served with a restraining order n DV claims in he order when me n my ex broke up almost 2 weeks ago no contact and my friends were there when we split up so I have witnesses of how things ended.

Should I be concerned? We don’t even arguments in our texts since we first started talking, and any time we went through hard times we always talked it through. Child custody case files
And the list goes on. The industry behind the scenes at the court , connected programs , CalWorks , and shelters. Just serve one if these agencies with a subpoena and see how far you get . You'll probably get arrested for asking for documents related to your ongoing litigation.

My son was framed for a DV/strangulation because my son didn’t want to stay married to her as she was aggressive and abusive. She lost her mind because she wanted her visa status changed. No strangulation felony found and somehow the jury sided with giving a DV conviction so this woman can go get her UVISA. This country defends illegals immigrants, falsely accusing their spouse because they won’t proceed with their visa paperwork once their abusive and crazy personality comes out!! I’m disgusted and sooo sad, lost hope in the legal system as my son just wanted to feel safe and not stay wjth an abusive wife. Of course she went crying tk the police station and they believed her. Just sickening!

Here is advice from a lawyer:
1. Do not talk to police
2. If you do chose to talk to someone make 100% sure to be truthful in all communication and do not exaggerate one detail no matter how small.
3. Do not take a plea deal if innocent
4. Understand the process of bail and being arrested and going to jail if it comes down to it.
5. Do not take a polygraph that is conducted through the police department they have special tricks that can rig the test and make a truthful person fail.
6. Give all evidence to the lawyer first, there are reports of police destroying evidence that can help exonerate the accused.
7. Get an experienced lawyer who specializes in what you are accused of. A public defender is free if you don't have the funds for a lawyer but they are not there to serve your best interest.
