Definitely watch Quran Centric's video on this topic. Funny enough, he just uploaded a video about this recently, so definitely watch this new one too.
This video is about daily prayer (salat) in the Quran and how someone can best go about performing it. Many Muslims who follow the hadith will question how Quran only Muslims pray. Perhaps this quick video can shed a little light on it.

I grew up without religion but many times every day I would talk to God. I felt so close! I followed the ritual prayer and found nothing. Now I read Quran to heard my talks answered. To me this is prayer.

Not only are my husband and I Qur’an only Muslims, but we’re the only Muslims within a 45 minute drive in ALL directions, in northeast Alabama, USA 😐 Home of holiness churches, snake handlers, and baptists.
We are completely alone in our faith. I actually stopped practicing about a year after reverting because I was asking questions that no one had answers to. I didn’t renounce Islam or Allah though, let me be clear there. There was so much that didn’t make sense! It was completely frustrating! A few months ago I decided to remove Hadith from my practice; what a difference that made!!! It was crystal clear! It was easy! It was satisfying! It was fulfilling! Not only that, but it makes PERFECT sense! Chapter 2, verse 2 says: “This is the book…”
Yes! THIS (the Qur’an) is THE (the only one!) book!

This is so valuable information. Please post more videos for guidance. I grew up in a very traditional Pakistani Muslim background, and questioning traditions or interpreting Quran without hadith is a very challenging task in my social and societal set up. People get angry and disregard me with humiliation. However, I am committed to Quran and I ain't consulting hadith to understand Quran and it's teachings. Islam is a beautiful religion with a lot of common sense. May Allah give you more courage and wisdom.

As a Quranist, i believe in the prayer method currently established. Theres nothing wrong w going about the current method. Also, its absolutely absurd to believe only hadith as source of prayer.
Did prayer not exist until bukharis divine introduction 200y later? Prayer absolutely existed. Prayer transcended thru the masses and would have continued to do so with or without notSahi hadith. Prayer has been learnt through people teaching us the ways. No one here, NOT A SINGLE PERSON here can say they learnt prayer only from hadith. Also what do you think was literacy rate in 1700? Probably 20%. What do you think was literacy rate back in notSahi release date? The current prayer method is fine.
Quranists, we cant be like the hadith people either; for them hadith is unquestionablly 100% truth. By contrast we dont need to reject 100% of it either; reject salaat. We can accept salaat, logically thinking about it, its beautiful and theres nothing wrong w it.

    SALAT -
    FROM QURAN ONLY PERSPECTIVE:
    Start with purifying one self:
    1️⃣ ABLUTION (wudu):
"O you who believe, WHEN YOU RISE to observe the Salat, you shall wash your faces and your arms to the elbows, and wipe your heads and your feet to the ankles." 5:6
"………… If you are ill or travelling, or if any of you has come from the toilet, or had sexual contact with the women, and you could not find water, you shall observe Tayammum by means of wiping your faces and hands with clean dry soil." 4:43
⭕️ the purifying is 4 simple steps as above.
    2️⃣ DIRECTION:
    2:144
We see the turning of thy face (for guidance to the heavens: now Shall We turn thee to a Qibla that shall please thee. Turn then Thy face in the direction of the sacred Mosque: Wherever ye are, turn your faces in that direction....
    3️⃣ TIMINGS:
    1. Sala-al Fajr-DAWN PRAYER (24:58; 11:114).
    2. Sala-al Esha-EVENING PRAYER (24:58; 17:78; 11:114)
    3. Sala-al Wusta- MIDDLE PRAYER (2:238; 17:78)
    ⭕️ only 3 salats and not 5
Even in the other abraham following creeds:
    JEWS:
Three Daily Prayers, The: There are three daily Jewish prayers: morning (shacharit), afternoon (mincha) and evening (maariv).
    CHRISTIANS:
    9:00 a.m. - Third Hour (Trece).........................The Lord's Prayer
    Noon - - - Sixth Hour (Sext).......................................23rd Psalm
    3:00 p.m. - Ninth Hour (None)......................................Psalm 117
    4️⃣ POSITIONS:
The Quran gives us the three positions to be observed during the Salat. These are Standing, Bowing and Prostrating. The Salat starts in the standing position:
"You shall maintain the Salawaat and the Salat Al-Wusta, and STAND devoutly before God." 2:238
"So the angels called him while he was STANDING praying in the sanctuary: "God gives you news of John; confirming a word from God, a master, moral, and a righteous prophet." 3:39
"And if you are among them and you lead the Salat for them, let a group of them STAND with you and let them hold on to their weapons. Then ONCE THEY HAVE PROSTRATED let them be positioned behind you and let another group, who have not yet observed the Salat, observe the Salat with you while remaining cautious and while holding on to their weapons." 4:102
"We appointed Abraham to establish the Shrine: "You shall not idolize any other god beside Me, and purify My shrine for those who visit it, those who live near it, and THOSE WHO BOW AND PROSTRATE" 22:26
"Muhammad-the messenger of God, and those with him are harsh and stern against the disbelievers, but kind and compassionate amongst themselves. You see them BOWING AND PROSTRATING, as they seek God's blessings and approval" 48:29
⭕️ from above verses we can establish that salat positions are in the order of STAND, BOW & FINALLY PROSTRATE (4:102). The salat ENDS in PROSTRATION and NOT SITTING ON KNEES
    5️⃣ THE WORDS:
1- "Recite what has been inspired to you of your Lord's book. There is no changing to His words and you will not find any refuge besides Him." 18:27
2- "You shall recite what is revealed to you of the book and observe the Salat." 29:45
3- "They are not all the same; among the people of the book are an upright nation, THEY RECITE GOD'S REVELATIONS during the night WHILE THEY PROSTRATE." 3:113
⭕️ salat words should be ONLY from The Quran and not ANY OTHER source. In prostration verses should be read to keep us in that position and not just the quick version as approved by mullahs.
    SINCE Only Quran so...
    - no duroods
    - no athayaats
    - no ameens
....Do not be loud in your salat, nor quiet/private; but seek a path in between. 17:110
Salat cannot be silent or whispered
6️⃣ ENDING OF SALAT (words) :
    10:10
Their prayer in it is: "Glory be to our god!" and their greeting in it is: "Peace," and the END OF THIER PRAYER is:
"Praise be to God, the Lord of the
    worlds!" (Alhumdulillah rabial Alalameen)
⭕️ True ending is by praising Allah Swt who has blessed us. End while STILL PROSTRATING and not giving salams left or right.
    7️⃣ PURPOSE OF SALAT:
"I am God, there is no god but Me, therefore you shall WORSHIP ME and observe the Salat to commemorate ME." 20:14
The masjids are for God, so DO NOT CALL ON ANYONE with God. 72:18
Say, "My contact prayer, my devotion and offerings, my life, and my death, are ALL TO GOD the Lord of the worlds." 6:162
⭕️ salat is purely to worship & commemorate Allah Swt ALONE and NO OTHER person or entity should be mentioned in any way.
    8️⃣ RAKATS
There is no such thing in Quran or any indication of any such requirement so there is absolutely no need to go up and down on multiple occasions.
During salat verses are recited in each position.
The more verses that are recited the longer the salat becomes so to shorten then a person would simply just recite LESS verses.
    *************************
I have shown you my Quran ONLY salat now show me a single hadith that shows full salat!!!
    SALAT
    (Stand)
I SEEK REFUGE IN GOD FROM THE REJECTED DEVIL.
    GOD IS GREAT
    PRAISE MY LORD THE GREAT
PRAISE MY LORD THE MOST HIGH
IN THE NAME OF GOD, THE ALMIGHTY, THE MERCIFUL.
PRAISE BE TO GOD, LORD OF THE WORLDS, THE ALMIGHTY, THE MERCIFUL.
MASTER OF THE DAY OF RELIGION.
YOU ALONE WE WORSHIP, YOU ALONE WE ASK FOR HELP.
GUIDE US IN THE STRAIGHT PATH, THE PATH FOR THOSE WHO YOU HAVE BLESSED, NOT THOSE WHO DESERVE YOUR WRATH, NOR THE STRAYERS.
    (Bow)
    GOD IS GREAT
    PRAISE MY LORD THE GREAT
PRAISE MY LORD THE MOST HIGH
GOD BARES WITNESS THAT THERE IS NO GOD BUT GOD. AND SO DO THE ANGLES AND THOSE WHO POSSESS KNOWLEDGE. TRUTHFULLY AND EQUITABLY HE IS ABSOLUTE GOD. I BARE WITNESS THERE IS NO GOD BUT GOD, THE ALMIGHTY, THE MOST WISE.
    (Prostrate)
    GOD IS GREAT
    PRAISE MY LORD THE GREAT
PRAISE MY LORD THE MOST HIGH
PRAISE BE TO GOD WHO HAS NOT TAKEN A SON, NOR DOES HE HAVE A PARTNER IN SOVEREIGNTY NOR AN ALLY IN WEAKNESS.
PRAY TO GOD FOR HELP AND BE PATIENT.
    GOD IS GREAT
PRAISE BE TO GOD LORD OF THE WORLDS.

We all know that the Quran is the primary source for anything about Islam, but it is more likely to be a kind of abstract this means when it comes to details we need the sunna as a 2nd reference.
Now, let's see what we can find in the Quran:
Maintain with care the [obligatory] prayers and [in particular] the middle prayer and stand before Allah , devoutly obedient. -- al-Baqara 2:238
And establish prayer at the two ends of the day and at the approach of the night. Indeed, good deeds do away with misdeeds. That is a reminder for those who remember. -- Hud 11:114
O you who have believed, let those whom your right hands possess and those who have not [yet] reached puberty among you ask permission of you [before entering] at three times: before the dawn prayer and when you put aside your clothing [for rest] at noon and after the night prayer. [These are] three times of privacy for you. There is no blame upon you nor upon them beyond these [periods], for they continually circulate among you - some of you, among others. Thus does Allah make clear to you the verses; and Allah is Knowing and Wise. -- an-Nur 24:58
Verse 1 tells us that there is a middle prayer which means there are at least 3 prayers and doesn't mention the exact number of prayers.
Verse 2 tells us that during daylightv (the time gap between fajr and maghrib) we have 2 prayers (duhr and a'sr) and one when the night approaches (al-maghrib) (see also this Fatwa): With (only) this information it's still possible that we only have 3 prayers, but
Verse 3 which teaches us about the resting times mention clearly the fajr/sobh prayer and the I'sha prayer as the fajr itself is a not mentioned time in the 2 Verses before we find out we really have 5 prayers mentioned in the Quran!
Now we find we have 5 prayers or prayer times mentioned in the Quran.
By the way we could also include some other Verses to explain for example:
Establish prayer at the decline of the sun [from its meridian] until the darkness of the night and [also] the Qur'an of dawn. Indeed, the recitation of dawn is ever witnessed. -- 17:78
Which mentioned indirectly the prayers from duhr until i'sha' and by the mentioned recitation of dawn the fajr prayer! See also this Fatwa in Arabic.
    Just as an addition:
the sentence أقِمِ الصلاة = establish prayer (singular form) was quoted 5 times in the Quran. The sentence أقيموا الصلاة= establish prayer (plural form) was quoted 12 times in the Quran.
As we know 12+5=17 which is the sum of the raka'at of our daily fard prayers!
    The Verse 1 from above is written in the moshaf as follows حَفِظُوا عَلَى الصَّلَوَتِ وَالصَّلَوةِ الْوُسْطَى وَقُومُوا لِلَّهِ قَنِتِينَ.
If we count the number of Arabic letters at the right and left from the expression وَالصَّلَوةِ الْوُسْطَى = and the middle prayer.
We find it to be the exact middle of the Verse and each part at the left and right has 14 Arabic letters and if we ignore the independence of the letter "وَ" before "قُومُوا لِلَّهِ قَنِتِينَ" (and this makes this count a bit weak in my opinion) we could say that each part left right and middle of this Verse consists of 3 words and again 3+14=17

There are 3 physical Salat prayer. Dawn, noon and night.
One Rakah only, start from standing read Fatiha and other Surah which only contain Allahs name and nobody else name like ( Angel, prophet, hypocrite etc) only praising the Almighty. So make sure u correctly reading the “right” surahs. You can read as long as u can whilst standing. Once you’re done , bow then stand up and to prostrate to the ground “Sujood”, where u can finish of with dua and that ends your salaah.
If u wanna shorten your salaah then u can only read Surah Fatiha , that’s if u r in any danger or ill etc…
    But salat must be performed.
Even Muhammad had to pray and he was “ mentoring” others how to pray during time of danger whilst other companion were guarding Muhammad and others whilst they were performing physical salat.
So bottom line is , read ur salat and be mindful what you are reading in your salat.

Regarding Salah or Salat or the prayer
There is no kinetic prayer in the Qur'an under study.
The dynamic prayer times 3 or 5 a day do not match the world in which we live. There are inhabited areas in the world that do not rise or set the sun for a month and two months, it is all night or day.
The second question is what is the benefit or logic of kinetic prayer. Let me simplify the subject of kinetic prayer.
There are people and a king rule them , the king decided to put rules to organizes the people and puts laws and regulations for the people, so he wrote the constitution book and put everything in it.
The people took the constitution and did the following: The people took the constitution and went to the king and read the constitution upon him 3 or 5 times a day with some movements.
Is this the case with kinetic prayer?
I would like you to clarify the topic regarding the timing and the logical benefit of kinetic prayer.
Did we not understand the concept of prayer in the Qur’an???
The meaning of the word SALAH صلاة in the Quran mean to connect
The Fajr and Isha SALAH in this verse
    [An-Nūr: 58]
they have nothing to do with the movement prayer, according to the context of this verse, God speaks at three periods a day for the people of the house to ask permission before entering and communicating with you, so the صلاة الفجر mean the beginning of connecting and صلاة العشاء mean the end of connecting with the people of the house and also when you put your clothes from الظهيرة
and the word ALTHAHIRA does not mean noon it has the mean get away or to disconnect and these words Alfajer الفجر, Althahira الظهيرة and Alashi العشاء have no
    Relationship to night and day.
What do you think about this and what is your answer?

I understood that the Quranic salaat is simply reading the Quran in the morning, evening and if possible in the night (2/3 of it or more or less). Soedjoed means to submit in Arabic and roekoeh means to incline towards something in Arabic. So we submit to the truth we find in the Quran and we incline towards the reading of the Quran. Bowing and kneeling is what sectarians and idolworshippers do.
I am happy to see someone with this understanding as well.
God bless you and may He protect us and guide us!
What do you think about the calendar brother? I believe ramadan means scorching heat. Fasting the month of scorching heat. Simple to understand. It's the hottest month of the year, which is July. I also learned that we should follow a luni-solar calendar. See 10:5. So the months are always in the same period. I believe the restricted months are in summer. 9:81 tell us they are in summer. I believe the month in which the Quran was revealed is the first of those four months, all others follow it consecutively.
I am curious about what you think about that.

We're all equal as God says, but we're ascribed different ROLES in society by the Creator, that being said, anyone whether male or female, can read and figure stuff out from the Quran. Also, whether male or female, we can teach or learn.
Secondly, the Quran does tell us to fast, if you actually look at the verses and I believe we have pinned the right month now. Also there are two fasts in the Quran, one outside of Ramadan and one that of course occurs in Ramadan. The one in Ramadan, is not an obligation, which is why believe the Creator doesn't give us too much detail on the month. Fasts outside of Ramadan is an obligation.

It's clear in the Quran we're ascribed different ROLES in society. However, we're all still equal in God's eyes. The Quran was sent down for ALL HUMANITY, not just us men. Anyone whether male or female can read and give an opinion on the Quran. So please stop being ignorant.
Your right I have no idea what you've studied but i'll gladly hear your opinion on why you think they way you do about Ramadan. I don't really understand why your being the way you are.

Have we not been commanded to follow the example of Rasulullah (SAW) in numerous verses in the Quran that you claim to follow? And this entails emulating his worship (SAW) too you know. Where in the Quran does it indicate that we can improvise our worship, especially the Salāh?

You are expecting people to admit when they are wrong. Let's see if you are honest.
Are you ready to admit you are wrong about "salat"?
29:45 - Recite what has been revealed to you from the Book and uphold salat, indeed salat prevents immorality and wrongdoing, and the remembrance of God is greater and God knows that witch you do.
We are told that salat - lets call it X, prevents l-faḥshāi wal-munkari (immorality and wrongdoing).
The easiest way to find out what X is would be to find other verses that uses the exact same phrase, the following:
    l-faḥshāi wal-munkari
We find it only in 2 other verses:
16:90 - Indeed God orders justice and good conduct and gicing to relatives and prevents immorality[faḥshāi] and wrong doing[munkari] and oppression. He admonishes you that perhaps you will be reminded.
24:21 - O you who believe, do not follow the footsteps of Satan. And whoever follows the footsteps of Sata - indeed, he enjoins immorality[faḥshāi] and wrong doing[munkari].
We see clearly by this that what ever X(salat) is it has to do with following God because the opposite is following Satan and Satan uses what God prevents (by following God) in order to mislead people. Prove me wrong - in this conclusion please. Without conjecture (I do not want to hear what History says) I'm only talking about the verses here.
Stop misleading people in to pagan rituals. Be aware of God, he never told us to do any rituals.
Who is more injust and wrongdoing than the one who lies about God and his ayats?
    Peace!

Qur'an and Sunnah... that's how you practice the religion. Allah mentions in the Qur'an that if you differ, refer back to Allah AND his Messenger( Qur'an and Sunnah). How would you be able to refer back to the Messenger sallahualayis wa salaam if you don't know the Sunnah, and how would you know the Sunnah if you don't accept the Hadiths? You're coming with your own ways to practice the religion, when it's already obligated to follow the Messenger sallahualayis wa salaam and the way of the companions of Muhammad sallahu alayis wa salaam( Qur'an 9:100). You're using legislations that Allah Allah ta'ala revealed to previous Prophets to justify your baatil acts of ibadah, when you should be following the way of Muhammad sallahu alayis wa salaam. The prophet (SAW) said to recite this surah regularly and adhere to it as it a blessing.
      Where does he say this?
It’s not in the Quran it’s in Hadith (tirmidhi 2877)
Hadith is a chain of narrators that went from one person to another which links to the prophet (SAW) . For example, in that hadith^ (tirmidhi 2877) it was narrated by Abu hurairah (companion of the prophet SAW) that the prophet (SAW) said that it is a Shield from the shaytaan and so on.

The same exact way, it’s a chain aswell which came from Allah to jibreel to the prophet (SAW) to the companions and Sahaba all the way down to us
Allah said in surah ahzaab 33:56 to give salutations to the prophet, but how will you know the different types of sending salutations to the prophet such as durood sharif
Allah also says in the Quran in surah nahl 16:44 that “we have also sent down unto you (O Muhammad SAW) the reminder and the advice (the Quran) that you may explain clearly to men what is sent down to them”
How will we know what he explained 1400 years ago without any source?
We won’t unless we have all of the Hadith

@@tyrellrivera No there is not. You know why? Because salah does not mean pray but rather follow the natural law (the closest thing to this is the magna carta. The Quran says call to me and I shall answer. Just like Moses did seated under the tree. Basically the concept is this wish and ask God what you want with intention and passion and you shall receive, This must be in solitude. When this book speaks about the line of the dawn and night its referring to the rise of good and evil

How do you quraniyoons react to this hadith and prophecy??
Soon there will come a time that a man will be reclining on his pillow, and when one of my hadiths is narrated he will say: ‘The Book of Allah is (sufficient) between us and you. Whatever it states is permissible, we will take as permissible, and whatever it states is forbidden, we will take as forbidden.’ Verily, whatever the Messenger of Allah has forbidden is like that which Allah has forbidden.”(Reported by Ahmad, Abu Daawood, Ibn Maajah and at-Tirmidhee, who declared it hasan. Al-Albaanee declared it saheeh in Saheehul-Jaami’ (no.8186)
Why would Allah give us a message with no way to understand many rulings of it?
And We revealed to you [O Muhammad] the message [Qur’an] that you may make clear to the people what was sent down to them and that they might give thought. [Qur’an 16:44]

Surah An-Nahl Line 44: "We sent them" with clear proofs and Psalms. And We have sent down to you 'O Prophet' the Reminder, so that you may explain to people what has been revealed for them, and perhaps they will reflect.
This quote is talking about: the clear signs and scriptures that was sent to Muhammad (S.A.W.). Allah was talking to our prophet by giving him messages where Muhammad was writing it down. Psalms are sacred song or hymn, in particular any of those contained in the Quran. Quran is written in Stanzas like a Poem, for example the Ayutul Kursi. The beginning and the ending is the same, only the middle part is neither like the middle or the end. Islam is not that complicated but people make it complicated. I'm not even going to go in the Hadith no.81866, it's not worth explaining it. The question itself doesn't make sense. Quraniyoons? Who is that? We are Muslims. What are you Hadith followers are trying to say? Why are Hadith followers following a political regime? Read the phrase after "Soon there will come a time" again and tell me if that same quote is not in the Quran? The same quote is in the Quran but it's repeated and changed in the Hadith. I feel sorry for the Hadith followers.

Hindu Vedas as all the scientific knowledge given to them as the eternal truth given by the creator. This is proof and evidence that the Vedas is the book of external truth. In the Vedas the Hindu god Shiva is also known as Allah this is the same god the Muslims are worshiping but it’s not the same god that Sikhs pray to the Sikhs never pray to any Hindu gods or to Allah but to the true divine creator of Hinduism, Buddhism and Sikhism this creator is everywhere and only through meditation within can we internally become enlightened.

Why are you praying to the blackstone shiva idol Linga in the Kaaba and how can you sins be washed by touching a idol of shiva keep in the Kaaba. He challenged the mullahs in Meeca by placing towards the Kaaba the Muslims said why are you pointing your feet towards our god he replied show me where god is not and I will place my feet there and every direction Guru Nanak turned his feet the Kaaba turned. Guru Nanak was sent by the creator and given the Mool mantra to wash the satanic verses of the Quran freeing the chains and shackles that had been trapping the souls of muslims.
