I grew up listening to Hadiths, I would be left at the mosque as a kid on weekends and all we did was memorize it in Arabic never once being taught to understand what I am memorizing. I finally read it 4 years ago and every Hadith i heard growing up is not mentioned in Quran. I discovered the truth and that scholars use and interpret Quran by using hadiths. You don’t need a scholar to guide you, there is no compulsion in religion. Our messengers first word first verse he heard was, “READ, IN THE NAME OF YOUR LORD...” Allah is talking to YOU. So read Quran and discover the TRUTH.

Raja Susana umayma you do not need Hadiths you think Muhammad was the first man to submit to Allah. You really believe that their is just one way to pray how did Abraham Moses Noah pray? They didn’t have Hadiths. Hadiths have divided this ummah you have sunní Shia Salafi Wahabbi muslims and why because one group believes in these Hadiths so they call
Themselves Shia and the other group believes in these other Hadiths so they call themselves Salafi muslims but WE MUSLIMS all read Quran . Where do U see the word Shia Salafi or any of these sects of islam in the Quran. I don’t idolize Muhammad and I don’t follow what I hear or Hadiths that were written 300 years later after Muhammad and claim as the word of. God that is blasphemy And I don’t need a hadith to tell me how to bow down to my Creator and recite the words of Quran, people have been praying since the beginning of time.
Keep believing your own lies. Keep assuming that Hadiths are true just cuz they tell you keep following what your parents follow and what you hear keep avoiding the Quran that’s all you do watch these videos and go tell someone what Islam is instead of reading Quran and applying it in your life

I'm not a Quranist but when I read certain hadiths I get doubts about my religion and it's like reading the Old Testament or one of the anonymous Gospels. Recently I have been having a few doubts regarding some issues in Islam. After watching many debates between Non-muslims and muslims some disturbing thought weakening my Imaan lingered in my head. However, coming back to the Quran made me realize how beautiful and truthful Islam is and how Quran helps us eliminate those doubts we have and helps us to acquire Yaqeen (certainty) in our faith. Quran is truly a living miracle that everybody can benefit from and Indeed Quran is a timeless book and guidance and mercy for a mankind.

My idea was to speak to non-muslims and help myself get to teach Islam because their questions can open a wider concept and topics about things I may never learn and I have found many Christians with vast knowledge speaking things against Islam. It truly is affecting my brain and my intellect and I have a fear inbuilt in me of committing shirk. Deep down Ik this is the best religion no doubt but theirs a small part of me taking over this entire fact and is against my intellect. Nouman Ali Khan, by just simply looking at the mankind history we can easily see that, people are changing prophets messages unless Allah protects them...And the only book Allah promised to protect is Quran, it really doesn't matter how trustworthy people they were who transmitted hadith. All the hadith we have now is a very good source for us to understand that era as a historical information. But we don't have to take them as a source of islam. Please consider this verse
    43. Surah Az-Zukhruf ...44. And verily, this (the Qur'an) is indeed a Reminder for you (O Muhammad ) and your people (Quraish people, or your followers), and you will be questioned (about it)

@Sukran C brother thank you for your response. I never felt more Iman until I turned my self to the Qur'an. There is so many books of hadiths that became a distraction from the Qur'an because Iblis misguided the ummah. No one feels and understands the true message of the Quran because our hearts had been sealed and our eyes don't see and our ears do not hear the ayat of this amazing book. The mountains can not stand still if the Qur'an was to be revealed to them so how come we don't feel it? The prophet ordered his companions never to write the hadiths and asked them to burn what they had written but you never hear this from the shaykhs because they hide it from you. Search it and see for yourself. How come the four caliphats also didn't allow anyone to write hadiths? Until 200 years later bukhari started writing them down.

Wouldn't God had mentioned it rather then to say he completed the religion or he has fully detailed everything.Perhaps God forgot to tell us that there would be someone in the future to come and explain what God "MEANT".God also mentions that we would see many contradictions in their narrations.Perhaps that's why there are so many mathabs each claiming being the rightly guided.

Well, how do you Quranists know, accept, believe that the Quran is from Allah? Who received the wahi (revelation) from Allah, then recited to companions and scribes written down - we got today's Quran.
Angel Jebreel did not come to Quranists to reveal the Quran.
So, Prophet Mohammad sa declared the Quran as God's revelation - you Quranists believe that but at the time you Quranists deny the sayings, works, advice, explanation of Quran by Prophet Muhammad sa. It is utter nonsense, illogical, ridiculous, self contradictory.

Kindly bear patience to read the whole message inshaAllah.
Upon learning the Quran and learning from people with knowledge of the Arabic language, I have come across only 3 prayers mentioned by name in the whole Quran. They are:
    1- Salat Al-Fajr (Dawn Prayer)24:58
    2- Salat Al-Isha (Night Prayer)24:58
    3- Al-Salat Al-Wusta (The Middle Prayer) 2:238.
We don't see salat al-dhuhr, or salat al-asr or salat al-maghrib mentioned in the Quran.
Salat Al-Dhuhr is actually Salat Al-Wusta (The middle prayer) where there prayer begins when the sun starts to decline from its highest point (at noon), and 2 falsely added salat practiced by people are Asr and Maghrib. The question is: If the prescribed prayers are indeed five per day, why does the Quran have only three named salat?
The following explanations and their merits are put forward:
1- The names of the other salat are not in the Quran because the Quran does not contain all the details.
This is a false claim because God tells us in the Quran,
    6:114,
"Then is it other than Allah I should seek as judge while it is He who has revealed to you the Book explained in detail?"
    &
    17:12,
“And everything we have explained in detail”
    &
    41:44,
“And if We had made it a non-Arabic Qur'an, they would have said, "Why are its verses not explained in detail?”
    &
    6:38,
“We have not neglected anything in the book”
2- God forgot to mention the other two names of salat!
This option is also false, God does not forget:
    20:52,
"The knowledge thereof is with my Lord in a record. My Lord never errs, nor does He forget."
3- God did not mention the names of the other 2 prayers because God wants us to guess them! Once again this is false. The Quran is unambiguous and is not a book of puzzles:
    12:1,
"Alif.Lam.Raa. These are the signs of the clear book"
4- God does not mention the names of the other 2 salat because God they can be found in the hadith. This is a false claim since we are commanded not to uphold any source of law other than the Quran (6:114, 7:3 and 5:48).
We are also commanded specifically not to believe any hadith other than the Quran:
    45:6,
“These are God's revelations which we recite to you truthfully. In which Hadith other than God and His revelations do they believe?”
The fact that God (The All-Wise) used the words “in which hadith” is very significant.
In Islam we don’t judge according to what we assume or what the majority follows. We judge according to what Allah has revealed. Even by obeying prophet Muhammad as Allah has decreed in 47:33, “O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and do not invalidate your deeds”, remember that prophet Muhammad has said in the Quran 10:15 and 46:9, “I only follow that which is revealed to me”.
The sunnah of sahih bukhari and sahih muslim, even from how they read from the way they are structured, they are not from what Allah has revealed. “Someone said that they heard from someone else who heard from someone else that prophet Muhammad said……”………Really?.......How do you prove that what the people along that chain said is true without giving witnesses as proof?
    24:13,
“Why did they [who slandered] not produce for it four witnesses? And when they do not produce the witnesses, then it is they, in the sight of Allah , who are the liars.”
Anything which contradicts the words of Allah in the Quran is not part of Islam. In hadith we’re told to kill the apostates, whereas in the Quran, Allah has revealed that there is no compulsion in religion in 2:256. Do you take hadith over the Quran? No, a Muslim does not do that. A Muslims only guide to live by Islam is the Quran from Allah.
6- God does not mention the names of all the salat since they came to us through inherited rituals, and because God wants us to follow what we inherited from our parents even if it is not found in the Quran!
Once again a claim that violates the Quran.
    2:170,
“And when it is said to them, "Follow what Allah has revealed," they say, "Rather, we will follow that which we found our fathers doing." Even though their fathers understood nothing, nor were they guided”
7- God does not mention the names of the other 2 prayers because He did not reveal to us those two other prayers in the Quran.
For positive change, we should start by engaging in peaceful talks about such matters and to not let ourselves be deceived into thinking that 'we can't have been wrong all this time, not with the over 1.5 billion Muslims in the world'. That is a wrong mentality for a Muslim, and we don't want to neglect centuries of doing a mistake to affect us eternally in the next life, so let us act to help change the situation now.
Let us begin with sharing the word through Islamic events and even on social media and let us not allow for people to be shut off from voicing out such matters. Allowing them to voice out such matters helps us to process the information and identify where we have gone wrong so that we can then act to improve ourselves.
I pray that Allah makes it easy for all of us and that He grants us all goodness in this life and in the next life, and are saved from the hellfire.

2:238 states asr, asr is the prayer seen by god
      11:114 is Maghrib

Ignorance at its finest. If you actually read the Quran you would know that you are commanded to follow the messenger. Which is why we have the collections of Hadith. Rejecting Saheeh Hadith is disobeying the Messenger which is also Kufr.
From the Quran we have evidences as such:
“Nor does he speak of (his own) desire.
It is but a revelation revealed”
      [an-Najm 53:3-4]
“But no, by your Lord, they can have no Faith, until they make you (O Muhammad (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)) judge in all disputes between them, and find in themselves no resistance against your decisions, and accept (them) with full submission”

      Ray Anderson
Hadith is an Arabic Word which can be derived as conversation or talk. We are commanded to obey the messenger as you can see from the verses below, Therefore we can see in the Islamic context it refers to the sayings & teachings of the Prophet SAWS. And denying it is denying revelation. It’s as clear as day. There’s no point in looking for that particular word Hadith because we know what obeying the messenger means, it means to follow the Hadith. As you may know, Aqeedah is fundamental in this religion however there isn’t a direct mention of the word Aqeedah in the Quran but variants of the word are mentioned & it’s extremely high importance still stands. A few examples of Aqeedah are: belief in Allah, his names & attributes, the messengers, the day of judgement, paradise & hell etc. Similarly, Hadith is a word that’s used to denote a collection of the teachings & sayings of the Prophet SAWS because how else would we obey him SAWS?
“O you who believe! Obey Allah and obey the Messenger (Muhammad (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him))”
      [an-Nisa’ 4:59]
“And whatsoever the Messenger (Muhammad (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)) gives you, take it, and whatsoever he forbids you, abstain (from it)”
      [al-Hashr 59:7].
And He warns against disobeying him (interpretation of the meaning):
“And let those who oppose the Messenger's (Muhammad (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)) commandment (i.e. his Sunnah- legal ways, orders, acts of worship, statements) (among the sects) beware, lest some Fitnah (disbelief, trials, afflictions, earthquakes, killing, overpowered by a tyrant) should befall them or a painful torment be inflicted on them”

I agree with this wholeheartidly. All of my questions were answered as they were raised in my mind, and i do believe this is a very difficult subject to talk about in a way such that people understand, but yet again you did it in an honestly awesomely manner. I can't even express it, it's just that good. One thing I have to stress of which you also said yourself, believing and following the character of the Prophet SAW is paramount to being a muslim, but followng hadiths blindly or applying them wrongly into situations by painting broad strokes or misunderstanding the moral behind the hadiths is in a sense only slightly less bad as disregarding them altogether. Also, there are writings that portray themselves as genuine hadiths, genuine accounts of the Prophet's character SAW, yet have been revealed to be very likely lies and/or conjectures. That's when we have to be critical as muslims too, and try to avert ourselves from putting into practice things which the Quran (and Islam) doesn't promote.
The distinciton is this: If I know or have a strong indication that something genuinely comes from or is an account about the Prophet SAW and his character, that's when I abide by it wholeheartidly as a muslim, as Allah SWT himself described him, and he has been witnessed, as being the embodiment of the teachings of the Quran. Basically, a muslim wouldn't disagree with the Prophet SAW in his teachings and doings, given that they're from him. If I f.ex. stood in front of the Prophet SAW and he would tell me to do something, I would abide by it the same way I would abide by the things that are written in the Quran.

However I won't rule all of the hadiths out necassarily, source criticism is key and using common sense, thinking as the Quran bids us to do, is th key to have a balanced understanding with or without hadith. You're right though, I have to be wary of bad hadith that can constrict my understanding of the breadth of wonder that is Islam.

    11:114
In the previous verse, we find that the number of prayers is two
    17:78-79
In the previous verse, we also find two prayers and an extra prayer at night
    24:58
In the previous verse, we also find two prayers, which are the Fajr prayer and the Ishaa prayer
    73:20
And in the previous verse, we find the night prayer in Allah’s saying, “...so recite of the Qur’an what is possible to you...”
    24:36
In the previous verse, it becomes clear that there are two times The morning and evening ( Fajr & Ishaa )when the name of Allah is glorified in mosques.
All these verses coincide in the number of prayers, and they are two prayers at the two ends of the day and one that takes place at night time.
The time of the prayer is estimated by periods and not as they Presented it to us by “number of rak'ahs”...... Fajr prayer begins when the white thread is distinguished from the black thread of night and ends when the sun rests hovering on the horizon, Approximately fifteen minutes after sunrise, and we know this by the beginning of the second end of the day it’s a reciprocal relation so when the sun rests on the horizon before setting, it’s the beginning of the second end of day prayer. Notice that these are the two times that God Almighty mentioned in his saying: 16:48
And also in his saying: 13:15
Notice on these two examples Allah is clearly defining to us the two times of day the beginning and the end when the shadow stretches and prostrate.
And the Ishaa prayer begins at the time when the sun Is hovering on the horizon approximately 15 minutes before sunset and ends approximately 25 minutes after sunset and before nightfall.
The evidence that this is the time for the Ishaa prayer you can find here :38:31-32 in that verse it’s distinctly clear to us that the horses were being displayed to Solomon in the Ishaa time, and Solomon said after this display “I have a love for horses that made me forget my Lord’s remembrance till the sun hid behind its veil” we can infer from that verse that the sun was above the horizon at the time of Ishaa.
Notice that the name of Isha indicates its time. Ishaa is a name for the verb ya’sho ( يعش ) Which you can find in this verse” Whoso willfully turns away( ya’sho ) from the remembrance of the Gracious, we appoint a demon who will be his intimate companion”43:36 so what is taking place at that particular time is a verb that Signify something is moving away at the time of Ishaa... and there is nothing at night to move away it only rings true when paired with this verse 17:78 and every verse that mention prayer in the Qur’an.
At the night prayer you choose your own time to pray in and The duration most suitable for you, and is performed at any time of the night and to the extent that you are able to prolong it: “...so recite of it ( the Qur’an ) what is possible for you...”
The evidence that prayer is estimated by periods is in the beginning of Surat Al-Muzammil, and also in the Allah’s saying “peform the prayer at the setting of the sun until the first darkness of night and the recitation of dawn” and also in his saying “...when you set out on an expedition in the land, no blame attache to you if you shorten your prayer...”
And the word 'shorten' suits the time and not the number of rak'ahs.
how to pray ? Allah has explaine to us in this clear scene, he said: "and what of one who spends the night prostrating and standing upright in devotion, fearing the hereafter and hoping for his Lord’s mercy”
When the time for prayer begins, you face al-qiblah and say: ( i seek refuge in Allah against satan, ever to be stoned ) 16:98 Then you say ( in the name of Allah, Merciful to all, compassionate to each ) 96:1 .... then you read the Qur’an because Allah said to moses “...establish the prayer for my remembrance” ( and we all know that remembrance means the Qur’an.... and further more Allah described the dawn prayer as the recitation of dawn 17:78 and after that you prostrate and praise & glorify Allah "the only ones who believe in Our Revelations are those whom when reminded of them they fall prostrating and they glorify the praise of their Lord, and they are not too proud to do so” and praise Him from the the Qur’an like reciting Alfatiha and the Chair verse and Surra 112 and many many more then return to the position of standing upright and repeat the process all over again until the time for the prayer ends. Of course you kneel inbetween standing upright and prostrating. and the evidence for Ruk’uo is in this verse: “... then David guessed that we had put him to the test. So he sought his Lord’s forgiveness, and fell upon his knees (Ruk’uo) and repented.”

45:6) These are Allah's verses that We narrate to you in Truth. In what kind of discourse after Allah and His verses will they, then, believe?
      answer the question
The Qur’an is a book revealed by God that does not resemble hadiths at all.
Nobody can come up with the Qur’an, as for hadiths, they can
Wasn't it sufficient for them? We sent down the book to you, and it would be recited to them?
Answer this question also if you can
14:1 “Alif, Lam, Ra. [This is] the Book which We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], that you might bring mankind out of darknesses into the light by permission of their Lord - to the path of the Exalted in Might, the Praiseworthy “- Ponder and reflect on the verse ... the verse is clear and crystal clear ... and it means that the exit of people from darkness to light and then to the straight path is exclusively by the book. ... and people leaving the darkness to the light and then to the straight path is the highest goal, so if the servant attains that, what is our need for the prophetic Sunnah?
Fear Allah and Allah will teach you
Is piety a scientific certificate or is it attained from Allah alone?
      Answer if you can
I do not attack you, but I bemoan you association the Sunnah with the Book and I invite you to the religion of Abraham, to be honest, and he was not among the polytheists
If I tell you that prayer, zakat and all acts of worship are present in the Qur’an, then what is our need for the Sunnah?! .....
Do not be from those whom God said:
(42:21) “Do they have any associates (of Allah) who have laid down for them a way pertaining to faith which Allah did not sanction?”
Do not associate with God unless God has revealed authority,
And do not answer me with a idiotic answer, such as those who say: Obey God and obey the Messenger, evidence of the existence of the Prophet’s Sunnah. This is a vague answer and the Qur’an is clear and not vague. Sincerely review yourself, you will find the right path with the help of ALLAH
what you need in order to establish prayer is three things :
      1) positions and we can get that from the Qur’an that is: standing kneeling ( yes Rokoo3 means kneeling )and prostrating
      2) what to say during a prayer is you read the Qur’an while standing and you praise the Lord while prostrating and you call on God to answer your prayers while kneeling and all of these things you take from the Qur’an for example for praising the Lord you can recite the Chair verse or Alfatiha or qul huwa Allah Ahad and many many more it’s all in the book
      3) the time for the prayer we have two defined times which are the dawn and Alishaa which Allah called them also the two ends of day and in those times you pray the whole dawn and the whole of ishaa so each one of them is about fifty minutes and you have a prayer at night time which you can choose your appropriate time to pray in and The duration most suitable for you.
That’s basically all of it if you want more details just ask

if we follow you, all the predecessors of Muhammad sws doesn't have to follow the messengers of God, because there wasn't a protected book???
If you agree with the assumption that the only book who is flawless is qu'ran, that
we are the only community who can actually follow God because we have an untouched book,
so why is God talking about our predecessors who followed his words without a book??? Ppl who where following words of others messengers, wich passed trough the centuries??
Before the Holly book there wasn't any protected book!!
      Just texts compiled as Ahadith!!
There is nothing more accurate in the historical compilation than Ahadith!!
Go study it before talking nonsense!!!
The Bible isn't at all compiled the same way.
      Rejecting mutawatir???? Foolish!
It is even more accurate than the story of Napoleon Waterloo Battle.
This people are defending the supreme incoherence.
The Book AND the path of the messenger are the revelation. They are indivisible.
If you can't trust in the Ahadith, you can't trust in qu'ran. It was the same ppl who passed it.
Moreover Without the Sunnah, you are in fact applying your own ijtihad on the Qu'ran.
      There is NO Qu'ran only.
It is either your brain or the perfect exemple of Muhammad sws
You prefer your understanding than the one that the prophet gives us.
Even if there is a minor chance to get something wrong from reading Qu'ran and Ahadith, you multiply it by reading it just with your reason.
      Use your logic.

    • @HK-USA

Thats nonsense! Who else than Muhammad sws could perfectly understood the God's message?!?
Even if the compilation isn't flawless, that doesn't legitimate her abandon!
We should in the contrary examine it meticulously!!
      You are full of passion.
      As many of Qu'raniyun, you're a reaction.
You can't bear the outside critics (Wich are nonsense since without religion, there isn't absulte morality), so you're rejecting it.
      That's weakness.
The Qur'an as the only source is a lure.
The Koranists do not take into consideration one factor: the fact that the analysis of the Quran rests on our reason, which is itself fallible.
Why then accept this margin of error in understanding the Qur'an and not in the Sunnah?
In rejecting the Ahadiths, logic would have them reject the Qur'an as well.
The Quran is immediately disqualified, if the criterion is infallibility in the application of the precepts of God.
By rejecting the Sunnah, they are just multiplying the margin of error by trying to apply religion only with their reason.
This margin exists WITH or WITHOUT the Ahadiths.
All that we risk in applying the Sunna, while remaining critical, is to be closer to what Allah enjoins us to do.
not to mention that the predecessors of Mohammed sws, the "ahl al-kitab" and "nasara", have not benefited from a protected word.
Does this mean that they were all lost in following an oral tradition subject to error?
Even if everything wasn't compiled (there IS compilation from the beginning!) , the sahabas were verry attached to his exemple.
There is the revelations AND the exemple of the Prophets.
They were memorizing all of his behavior.
Like the contemporary of other Prophets.
That's how the revelations were working before Muhammad sws.
If the only revelation that could legislate is THE Holly book, what about all the predecessor of prophet Muhammad sws??
What about them, following handsmade scripture ??
      God is not discrediting them.
They are the people of book as well!!!
      Is God sw wrong???
No! They follow the path of prophecy with possibility of errors!!! And God permitted it!!
Because there is NO "perfect" understanding!
Even by reading solely qu'ran, you're putting on it your OWN view, with all our defective senses.
Between your own interpretation and the prophets one (with possibility of error), the choice is easily made!
It is way more rationale to follow his path with criticism on the source.
Also, the thing that you're missing is the fact that
The Sunnah is also protecting Islam.
Without it, you'll probably fall into the lost of religion as the Christian's experienced with it's schism between Catholicism and Protestantism and all the horror that followed the reform.
      What's left to Christianity??
Sunnah is the shield of Islam.
Without it, you can reject the salat as we're doing it.
      You can defend fornication,...
There is two extremes : sacralize the Ahadiths or rejecting all of them.
And you're part of one sect.
Being critical about our scripture should not lead us to abandon all of it.
It is hardly possible to avoid all sunnah and thus hadith. Too many cases would prevent us.
The hadith is essential in the interpretation of the Koranic text and in the practical understanding of worship, even if "too many hadiths harm the hadith".
We need to question the Sunnah and reject everything that contradict Qu'ran (that's the work of 'ulamah since centuries).

Assalamu Alaykum, Jazaakah Allahu Ghayran for the understanding.
The confusion often ensues as most of the Imaams here in Cape Town South Africa delivering the lectures attribute the understanding and the beauty of Islam, to the behavior and character of the Saghaaba taken from The books of Hadith. So much energy and effort is spent on studying and disseminating Hadith without the full study and understanding of the Holy Quran. Not enough effort is made to take the narrations of the Hadith to contextual the understanding of the Quran. Often the Saghaaba is lauded more than our beloved Prophet Muhammad Sallalaahu Alayhi Wa Salam and the Quran is not referenced as the ultimate example.

Thee blood of the Qurbani reaches the stage of acceptance before it reaches the floor.
and only later the verse Al-Hajj: Verse 36
      (36) Their flesh reaches not Allah nor their blood: but it is Righteousness from you that reaches Him. Thus He has subjected them to you, that you may magnify Allah for He has guided you; and bear you glad tidings unto the welldoers.
The imams don't see contradictions in the two but keep on repeating the sermon week after week year after year.

really pleased to see people on here also question the validity of Hadith. The really odd thing is this:
If hadith were meant to be followed why was there not any compiled before Bukhari gathered his?
    - Some (if not the majority) of hadith are absolutely laughable and so contradictory to the Quranic verses that it's blasphemous.
    - In hadith itself it is claimed that Abu Hurairah (one of the main contributors to Bukhari) shared false hadith and was reprimanded by Aisha. Also, that he had a profound fondness for female cats and detested the feminine nickname that the Prophet saw (apparently) gave him. He also allegedly got into various bitter spats with Aisha r'a. Conseuqently, surprise surprise the most mysoginistic hadith were narrated by Abu Huraira. And a really weird one where he allegedly claimed that cats were higher in status to women. He was also apparently a former jew. It is possible (no disrespect to any of the Prophets companions) that Abu Huraira could have been of the hypocrites and narrated these hadith to defile Islam. Or that other people did on his behalf. He was also I believe a former jew and spent only two years of his company with the Prophet saw. Yet his narrations are considered absolutely Sahih.
One of the hadith narrated by AH was that woman came from the rib of a man. This is widely narrated by hadith-mongers but the Quran clearly states that man and woman came from one soul. The former is a biblical belief found in genesis. Yet so many people believe it.

@Irfan Alddin are you stupid? There a lot of hadiths which aren't true and fabricated but just because of them you are trying to completely dimiss what our prophet said us(through his companions). In order to find what is right and what is wrong there is a complete science of hadiths.

    • @ahmedhajwani8980
      @ahmedhajwani8980 Před 4 lety +1

@Irfan Alddin my dear friend the science of hadiths is quite complicated but in a simpler form it's the study of isnad. We look at the chain of transmitters and by that we understand whether a hadiths is fabricated or not. All most all the hadiths credibility depends upon the transmitters. If the transmitters are well known among our ummah to be among pious people along with being the people who studied under the companions and thier offsprings then they are credible if not then they aren't. Once the credibility of the person in the chain is determined the content is also of one the very important factor for hadiths bring true or not. After a detailed study on all these factors hadiths are given their ranks. Hope you understand that

As for those in whose hearts is deviation [from truth], they will follow that of it which is unspecific, seeking discord and seeking an interpretation [suitable to them]. And no one knows its [true] interpretation except Allah . But those firm in knowledge say, "We believe in it. All [of it] is from our Lord." We get that from the Hadith and it's all happening right now. Also, it's in the Quran that the Prophets doesn't speak of his own desires. No prophet did.

Also I just realized and I might be wrong, may Allah forgive me. Memorising things or statements would be a norm, since not many people could read or write. Once the brain effort got substituted with books and calculators, we stopped forcing our brains to do extra work of memorising or calculating. So it makes more sense, that people's memory and brain power to do that, was much higher, and it is not easy to comprehend from the current point of view.

Mashallah wonderful lecture by brother Nouman, I think some people misunderstand things he is saying not once did he say the Quran is not complete in fact he said it is again and again but what is clear is that it was given to us as the theoretical complete way of life for a Muslim with the Prophet saw as the living example of how to live according to the Quran and Islam, therefore the Hadiths are a significant contribution to the Islamic way of life as they tell us and remind us of how the Prophet saw lived and what his advise and decisions were. Apart from this don't forget Allah swt instructs us to gain knowledge and use our own intellect therefore there shouldn't actually be any argument we have minds of our to decide what is right or wrong and as far as authenticity is concerned a believer would collect all the evidence and follow what is firstly right according to the Quran and secondly reinforced by the Prophet saw and lastly the feeling in their own heart, therefore trust in Allah swt and all he has given us should never lead us astray. We should appreciate the time lecturers like brother Nouman take out from their lives to guide us and help to protect and preserve the Umah and future for our children. They share what knowledge they have rather than sitting in silence and doing nothing. Alhamdulilah thank you brother.

All the arguments so far i have heard including yours, in support of Hadith are not as logical as the arguments in against of the Hadith. The most logical thing is that even if you pass on this message orally through a chain of 20 people, the 20th one will not be able to repeat the message as it is sure to get corrupted. Hadiths were passed over 200 years through a chain of numerous people. It was provenly corrupted as several hadiths were already removed.

Of course God revealed it to him but when exactly? And my second question is where in the Quran does it tell us how to pray? PS. How in the hell do you think we know about The Munafiks in Medina and in The Ummah in general?
