This is amazing. I started working out recently and the bones of my legs are really sore. These stretches got into those sore muscles. I recommend this if your inner thighs or your whole thigh in general is hurting.

I'm a femboy and trying to get a larger rear, and after an intense leg exercises routine of 4 different exercises, each needing 60 reps, i immediately searched for a leg stretching video before my legs started to tighten and become sore, and after pushing through this videos stretches, despite all the sweat and shaking and minor pain, it feels like i didnt even exercise at all!!! All the pain is gone and my legs hardly shake at all when i lift them up.

1. Sideways leg lifts.
Lay on your side, and lift your leg up as high as you can thirty times slowly. And do the same on the other leg, so 60 reps total.
2. squats.
I recommend widening you legs a bit farther apart from your shoulders, and pointing your toes opposite directions and slowly squat, and stay down for three seconds per squat. I recommend doing 50 squats at the start and add 5 or so squats per day if you can, but do the same amount if you feel you can't, and eventually work up to 100 squats over time.
3. standing leg lifts. Lift each leg and don't let it touch the ground and lift it high 30 times per leg.
4. backwards leg lifts.
Get on your hands and knees, and lift each leg backwards and above your back 30 times per leg.
Do all of these exercises in whatever order feels right for you, but do all of them in succession and drink a ton of water before and after exercise. I use this video right after my exercises and the pain disappears and i can exercise again each day.

I just did a 2 hour leg workout and I don’t know if this really helped stretch it out but I’ll update in my reply when I reach the end
Ive reached the end and to be honest for a after leg workout the last thing I wanted to do was do a low and high lunge To be honest this didn’t work that well for me as I’m not as flexible and actually cramped more than feeling that relief I was hoping for
If I did a light workout this would’ve been fine but for a full on leg workout would not recommend this after words

Really great stretches but maybe put some warnings at the beginning that it's not beginner friendly haha I nearly face planted 5 times. though the thumbnail maybe should've been a clue
I had a hard time after trying this the first time, but I ignored the pain and i can say with confidence all my after exercise pain, shakes and soreness is gone.

It's a beautiful video and you're a beautiful person but for most people, this will not be a very helpful video. There's no instruction on how to achieve or keep proper form. It's about as helpful as having the routine written out on a piece of paper. It's a great display of your own flexibility but it will not be very helpful for the general public that cannot keep up with your movements or stretch as far as you do. Not "really easy to follow." I would reconsider how you do your videos to appeal to a broader audience and be more hands-on with your instructions. Wishing you the best! (PS: Hope my comment doesn't come off as harsh.
