  • New version of my 7 min stretching exercises after workout video! This one is an improved version of my first video :) I added a few extra upper body stretches at the beginning to make sure we are stretching as many areas of your body as we can in only 7 min!
    This stretching is amazing to cool down your body and your breath to it's original state after an intense workout! It's a short stretching routine so you can quickly do it after training (very efficient). These stretches will release tension from your body and increase flexibility!

      Ah yes i do find it aesthetically pleasing wehn i hear my fan and im not that flexible so im in pain and my toes feel numb but i know it is worth it😂

    So much better than the first 7 minute video! Hehe! Thank you for including upper body stretches, music and timer is in sync and you end your stretch on the ground so you can totally add a few minutes of your own meditation at the end of the video. Highly recommend!

    Thanks, yesterday I didnt stretch after my workout so my knees hurt a Little when stretching them. I decided to stretch today and here I am. Heres a present:🍪🍪🍪 20g of protein each!

    You're hired Daniela! I do a lot of online workouts, many of which do not include cool down stretches at the end. So it is kind of a hassle to search for a new post-workout stretch every time. Not anymore! Now that I have subscribed to your channel, I can pop over after my workout and choose a stretch routine from your wide selection of videos. I love the set up you have for this video, especially the view from the window and the way the music does not have words.     Yaaasss a 7 min stretching video again!! :)
    With the first full body stretch I had the feeling my upper body wasn't totally stretched. (that's why I combined it with the upper body stretch, I also like it because after a long day it's sooo good!)
    It's amazing to upgrade the video, my arms are happy ;)
    I hope there will come a lower body stretch, for after heavy legs or booty workout hehe 🙈

    I’m confused about the tricep stretch and the bicep one, I have really loose joints so it might just be my disorder but I legitimately couldn’t feel a stretch even though I knew I was doing them right

      then you probably weren’t doing them right if you can’t feel a stretch... because i can. or it might be your disorder. don’t stress too much about it, just try different stretches to substitute the ones in the video.

      That’s cause the bicep stretch is more of a wrist stretch than a bicep 💪 stretch

    Hello, stretching exercises are really great for the body☀. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!

    You've done well with the setup of these cooldown stretch videos. So often while working out I have to strain my neck to keep my eyes on my screen to keep up with new movements. With your videos, I can relax and enjoy the feeling of the flex, listen to great music, and when the timer gets close to winding down, it's a non-intrusive sound that alerts me.
