I've been driving in my car, it's not quite a Tesla

I’m doing this in the opposite order - ready to stretch, then hop onto another vid to workout 🏃🏻
You may not want to do it this way it's best if you look up warmup videos because this type of stretch doesn't really warm u up
Its better to do a dynamic stretch before your workout and this one after :)
As a former dancer I always stretch before and after workouts, then walk/run for a warm up and workout after those two steps. It’s the best way to go 100%

I like the order of these stretches, but please do more research on poses like pigeon so that you don't get someone hurt because your instruction is wrong. Keep learning and practicing 😊

To get an even better glute stretch in the pidgeon pose, make sure both hips are facing the floor, rather than sitting on one butt cheek (may have to bring front foot in closer) 😍
