1. Richard Guerrero (he died February 3, 1960 from influenza when he was 6 months old)
2. Reynaldo Guerrero (still alive)
3. San Juanita (Janie Hagen) (still alive)

As the other person said, this has been proven using official state records. Eddie Smith's real name was Ernest Richard Smith and he died in 1999. Richard Guerrero died in 1960. The man in the "victim" photo for Richard Guerrero is his brother, Reynaldo Guerrero.
