Which engine does your's have? 5.3 i'm assuming based on the 1 pipe in and 2 pipe out muffler. It sounds great either way, clean truck too. I personally like the super 40 sound much better, sounds cleaner, but i like the rumble the delete has.

Yes, it’s the 5.3! And thanks! I liked the super 40 sound but in my opinion the muffler delete sounds a lot better! I plan on doing long tubes and an x-pipe I’ll probably put either black widow race venoms or a couple more super 40s!

How far away can your truck be heard when flooring it? I’m thinking of either doing a muffler delete or a carven on mine

I haven’t really tested to see how far away you can hear it. I’ve floored it while driving with the windows down and I’d say you could probably hear it a good distance away but its not something you’ll hear miles away. I’ve heard good things about carven I just wanted a budget friendly option for now until I get long tubes and race venoms!
