I’m looking at your concrete column in the shower. Where that worker is cementing the column. It doesn’t look as they chip deep enough and more often.
I had workers do that to my boundary wall columns. The cement blew off the wall, I knew it would. Despite them saying it’ll be ok.
You’ll know, when it dries and you tap the columns

Get yourself an architect first. Then a contractor. Dont go straight to a contractor or an engineer.
