Ummmmm. Im sure home decor has wood materials, ie. Gas stove propane type combustions, any guests decide to smoke in guest house. Its about safety. Natural disasters occur home collapses and now guests are forever in permanent tomb. Its about dotting the i and crossing the t sir

Avoid putting steel grills in all windows this is not safe for fire.
Whats not safe is someone breaking in and being shot!!! Do you think it will burn like a stick house? Nothing burns on these places except wiring and food!! Hardiflex also don’t burn which is what they use in the ceilings!!
If this structure was stick built it definitely be a death trap …However it’s built of non combustible materials..
Even if a car 🚗 parked in the first floor would catch fire there still ample amounts of ventilation there…
I would post fire extinguisher at the top of the stairs an one at the rear of the hall way.. plus some smoke detectors
