Other rafters comment is true. Ask your engineer about adding diagonal bracing. Storm uplift is the concern.

No woods like the door 🚪 frames 🖼 you can do it in concrete and what holding your ceiling put metal holder for the ceiling because of the termites. Window Frames door frames 🖼 better do it concrete and all counters all frames concrete way better and no wood for the termites.

Make sure you own the land very important. If you don’t have your permanent residence it will be your wife that own everything. If you do have your permanent resident you are allow to own 1000 meters of land and 2.5 acres of agricultural land. Just saying that is very important. In my case my wife own everything 😅. That look like a big construction 🔨
Its being set up now for pressure test just wont know about whats under all the concrete until six months from now when it shows a leak 😅 we chased a leak in the concrete for over 6 months in our house after it was built.. it sucks and seems like a normal thing here!!
