I heard that a properly tuned Bullet should spit/dribble a few drops of water from the exhaust pipe just after you start it. Is it true? It has never happened in my 71 Bullet.

Dear all, you can use WD 40 as well... I used it in the BS 26 carburettor in my Electra today and performance of the engine improved drastically...‼️‼️‼️👍👍👍 I removed the rubber hose fitting from the inlet to the carburettor and sprayed WD 40 directly to the carburettor... It's a very simple and EFFECTIVE method... ‼️

Sir, is it possible to replace tubeless tyre in classic 350 of with thunderbird tyres?
fitting tubeless tyres with tube possible but not without that. due to spokes. if you really want tubeless then you will have to buy conversion kit for that. which makes the spoke wheel feasible for tubeless tyres. thanks.

Maine meri 350 classic 14500 km run bike me ..stock silencer ke filters nikal ke chala raha tha aur sound bhi achi tarah aaraha hai . To recently maine swagman bazooka silencer fit karvaya ..bazooka silencer lagane ke baad bullet sound to achi de rahee hai .magar engine running thoda hard lag raha hai .pahela jo stock silencer jaisa free run nahi hai ..aur engine me bhi cam gear soumd and tappet sound increase hogaya hai ..sir please bataye ..kya problem hoga.

I have Gixxer naked sport , I am facing an issue of engine miss firing and loosing pickup in ups and couldn't go above 65...what might be the issue with carb ..

My bullet stops while running in long at 50-60 kmph, when I open and close the fuel cap it starts and runs well for a while and again the same problem, is it a carburetor problem
Good u self Diagnosed d Problem, Dis is when ur Fuel gets blocked its not reaching d Carburetor freely, could be bcoz of chocked FuelCap or fuel cock Filter, basically Displayed Volume of Fuel has to be replaced by Air to avoid Vaccum ...
If Air filter of classic 350 is slightly wet .will there be any problem to engine?.
nope but better to change it for better performance regain purpose.

sir please let us know the spray name and my carborator slide got scratches like white marks even the pickup is quite low so is it gud to change the slide or i have to change my carborator ?
change the slide it will be ok. We use Wuerth products.
mechautoclinic thanks a lot sir but royal Enfield's guy said changing only slide will not gonna last for more than a month is it true ?
he is right in some points. About the time then sometimes it works more than 1 yr. or may be more. or may be less than a month. but not confirmed about the time. reason is that it depends on slide BORE diameter. the diameter may get change due to friction. So it's completely gamble.
My Classic 350 has developed this problem recently, after refuelling the bike I put the fuel tap on 'ON' and start the bike. After a few KM's of running it starts giving hiccups so I switch to 'RESERVE' and the bike works fine. Again when I turn the fuel tap 'ON' and after a few KM's of running, it again starts giving hiccups. Please can you help me out?

When does one need to perform this cleaning? What are the symptoms of a clogged carburetor? Or do we have to do it regularly like changing the engine oil? If so, then at what interval? You are getting better at making vids.
thanks for appreciation my channel and videos. well in cleaning, you can clean at the time of regular oil change. ..but if you fell any fluttering or stuttering or hiccups then you can spray. Spray will not work 100% if the problem is major in carb. But yes it works well for many small small reasons. Sometimes you have to open the carb for major repair. So it depends on situation. This s primary cleaning procedure you can say. By the way your location please?

Hi chinmay sir dis is rohit here m facing one new problem since yesterday dat while my bike is running my 4th n 5th gear are not working means its just working till 3rd gear n not taking up 4th n 5th and while taking down frm 3rd gear is same hard as while taking up means its a kind of a jam gear type n let me tell u dat in my colony where my bike is parked people sit on it n play wid it like accelerating, pressing cluth, changing gears n manier times when i had turned ON my bike ignition it was never in neutral n always in 3rd 4th or 5th gear n it have to take it to neutral n dan start wud it happen bcoz of dis or something else
gear shaft from magnet casing side. open the case and check for any damages. thanks.

Yes why not. All though I don't know the quality. Since I never tried. Carb cleaner, I have been using around from almost 15-18yrs. Even i used it for 1990's old machines. It works. So in short it has got nothing to do with particular model or engine or brand.... All though I heard that BS6 throttle body is getting damaged(I used cleaner on BS6 as well never had such experience).. Thanks.

Please do so , waiting eagerly for it. My mechanic and me were unable to sort it out as the area of exposure is quite large square when air filter is removed. Also we fear some dust and other unnecessary particles may enter if we remove the filter. Please throw some light if possible and do the video soonest :)

use nut bolt and fix it ..it will work better
@@MechAutoClinic thanks earlier i was thinking of installing one unit airfilter system like old bullets use to have (just one rectangular unit instead of 2 units that company gives) and shift batter to empty right side airfilter box. Can you make a video on what is the reason for placing that empty plastic box between airfilter and carborator that would be great, thank you again for solution.
@ mohali, you may use an Allen head bolt and nut of appropriate size that suits the hole in the battery cover...

Sirji, Thanks for sharing the video, my cl350 has done 30000km and my carburetor was never cleaned, either at company or my regular mechanic place, my mechanic says for UCE carburetor should not be touched at all, so should i use this procedure to clean my carburetor, also for general service my mechanic don't do anything other than oil change , chain tightening and lots of oiling everywhere, please advice what all needs to be done in normal general service. And sir where is your place ? am from Hyderabad.
I am from Pune. Your mechanic is correct but half way. All the carburetors which are based on CV/BS shouldn't open often. Due to critical spares inside. But using chemical for that is the best alternative and fast option. For general servicing I have already made video you can try that procedure. Thanks for watching and Stay connected.

Sir i have a 2014 model classic 500 and i have sprayed the carburetor cleaner 5 to 6 times bcoz d bike was getting off always even though giving throttle but der is no issue in d bike but wud be der a issue in d bike internally by spraying d chemical 5 to 6 times?

Mr.Rohit Nadar....thanks for such a polite comment on free channel when you are seeking free advise. I can answer you very easily very harsh way but i will not do it. ... It was a simple question from my end. But you took it different and hard way. Repairing is an art and hard as well. it takes many years to study not a seconds job. you are getting information on finger tips so don't expect your way but respect the way you are going to get it. ...About your question then spraying many times for longer duration is not going to help you. instead of that spray it in breaks with little quantity while blipping the throttle. engine dies since the quantity is high when you spray. so to keep the engine in running condition blipping is necessary. the quantity is decided by you rather than your ECU. so getting off not an issue. Spraying has to be done one 2mins break. My practice is i do it two times with one gap. I hope this sort out your query. Thanks for watching and Stay connected.
mechautoclinic - N sir i have asked u one more question abt d MIL which glows for 2 or 3 seconds wen v turn ON d kill switch but in my case d MIL glows for 2 or 3 seconds even after starting d bike why is it so n is der any solution coz its irritating me very much

3000km is general way. I didn't mention since the video is related to carb cleaning. This you must do at every service. and generally 3000km is servicing time. Thanks.

No. WD 40 may work till some extent. but not kerosene. Best is Throttle/Carburetor body cleaner. It works way better than any solution.

If carborator slide damaged and carborator side of slide are also damaged then we only change slide or whole carborator because damage carborator can also damaged new slide so any solution
we prefer change in slide first but if same happens again then change the carb. its very simple, the slide material is softer than carb alloy so chances of banjo body getting damage is less than slide. So change in slide at first place is a better remedy.
