My husband, who grew up in a chef's family, took many times to get the custard and top correct. Try turbinado or demarara sugar and the little blow torch. So keep on trying. Also, try a little fresh fruit and powdered sugar on top. Good luck! 😊

Believe it or not, I got on a call with CZcams not long ago and they said shorts are the way to go right now to gain! I’m unable to make money right now because I don’t qualify so just building a good community here on CZcams is my main goal and then once I get established I’ll hopefully be able to make longer videos! I’ve only been doing this for about 3-4 years so I’m constantly still learning!!
