It's quite funny how similar it is to the city stuff. Most city fans had a lot to say on the forest/Everton charges but have been unsurprisingly quiet on the Chelsea side.
It's interesting to see what they do, and how much money has a grip on the prem.
Either way, in the eyes of fans both city and Chelsea will be viewed as cheaters regardless of the outcome. I appreciate that will be frustrating to those fans, but they need to understand, from the outside it has, and continues, to come across very suspect. And the track record of snippets of evidenced weird cases and comments in the industry all suggest it's very much behind closed doors.
It's similar to City but not to everton/ forrest.

You can't begin to compare a story about an ex player cheating with his brothers missus for years with things that will actually affect your club directly. Liverpool and United are NOT treated the same City or Chelsea. The press have a duty to at least report on some of the stories(and there have been some) but the devil is in the detail. The tone, the time and energy given towards those stories, the level of outrage they attempt to whip up are much much different. To deny that would be a lie.
I'll give a list of stories, allegations, human rights issue elements from the big sly 3(and a spurs one of good measure):
Liverpool failed FFP in 2014(just the fact that they failed it was reported differently),
Liverpool wrote off £50m for a stanley park that wasn't built to balance the books because of the above,
United failed FFP in 2022(just the fact that they failed it was reported differently and the PL didn't tack on the UEFA compliance charge like with City),
The 2014 inflated Chevrolet shirt deal(the broker was moved on soon after, treated with no suspicion, because they're American),
FSG's teams found cheating in other sports(do you need me to tell you how I think the press would use that for certain other clubs?),
John Henry and his 'project big picture' idea(the idea was criticised, sympathy pieces were bizarrely written for John Henry after it),
John Henry and the Glazers(and their clubs) were THE catalysts for the rest of the big 6 entertaining the ESL idea(they loved the idea, the rest IMO didn't want to be left behind, Levy was just happy to be invited),
Liverpool hacked(unauthorized access, no excuses) City's scouting network(100s of accesses, over more multiple years). There are PL rules which forbid this kind of conduct to another member club.
United and Arsenal's betting shell company sponsors(the fact that most PL fans think it was just a City story, illustrates the point I'm making perfectly)
Spurs were doing similar to what Chelsea are accused of in the 80s also, illegal transfer payments. Escaped a 12point deduction on appeal(brown envelopes?) even though they admitted it. The fact that many Spurs fans are shocked/in disbelief when someone mentions this to them, says something in itself.
Human rights:
The 2003 Emirates deal with Arsenal(helped them secure their loans to build their stadium, the longest serving UAE state sponsorship in the PL),
Visit Rwanda,
The Saudi Telecom United deal(was one of their longest serving sponsors,
Standard Chartered and the Iranian money laundering,
An FSG director leasing his private jet which was implicated in human rights violations, for a profit,
I could be wrong but I don't think Terry believes half the arguments he makes(bad faith), it's just a strategy to shut people down he uses. If he(or anyone else) does genuinely think all of the above wouldn't have been treated vastly differently for a Chelsea or especially a City or Newcastle, then he's nothing short of delusional(perhaps wilful ignorance because he doesn't like the truth). Most of those stories were reported in some way but you could tell for the most part it was the bare minimum(so they can say they did their duty), couldn't wait to move on. Probably no intention of dragging it back up every time something remotely related to any of those subjects comes up. Whereas for the last decade the press have been shoehorning City into articles that are nothing to do with City at all. This is a very deliberate attempt to keep it fresh in the memory of the public, where they do the opposite for other clubs(almost as if it never happened). That to me seems very similar to protection or you could say it's form of image washing.
As a spurs fan I never thought I’d enjoy a Utd, City and Arsenal fans so much… big up lads great show.

The race starts from the 1st game to the last , they continued the form from the previous season (97pts 2nd and a UCL trophy) to the following season and won the title race , buts because City didn’t take it to the final game it’s not a title race ? The 115 charges City face are NOTHING compared to these allegations related to Abramovich and Chelsea. Roman didn't just break FFP, he (and all the Chelsea execs who did his bidding) broke English and international financial laws. Wasn't Chelsea being controlled by the league and the UK government before Todd Boely bought It. He didn't buy it from Ramon. On receiving the club the discrepancies were brought to the leagues attention. Everyone associated with the club was cleared out when the new owners arrived. Why should the new owners take the hit? The League and government should have done due dilligence before signing off on the deal ? Do they not bare any responsibility? I would seek to void the sale if I was the owner and they sought to expell me from the league when they were the ones who sold me the club. Todd Boehly bought Chelsea FC for 4.25b. I'm not sure what due diligence his investor group carried out as the buying process was fast tracked due to pressure from the FA and UK Government.
However due to the nature of the process one thing Boehly's group should have included was an indemnity against historic breaches if any by Chelsea and its past ownership.
The reason for this should of been self evident FA UK Government you want us to buy this club on a good faith basis that everything is as it should be regarding UK tax, FA and UEFA regulations etc without giving us the appropriate time to confirm this situation ourselves.
Now they not only paid billions for a club but now they're stuck with a project with repeated breaches of FFP and UK Tax and the new owners by default are liable for all of it.
