I saw the game and honestly, i don't know why people think any manager would get a tune out of these players. This summer is just not the summer to change a manager, we need to clear the sh*t left behind from the previous managers we sacked
One thing that strikes me with some of the criticisms on the Terrace is how poorly coached and drilled the team is. that may certainly be true but I would counter that with a question: Which player in this current squad has improved since joining United? I would say very few if any. Some players have been here under several coaches and none have developed or changed their game at all.

The point is that there's going to be a lot of outgoings this summer and a lot of change, but we can't do both, if we sack Ten Hag then we can kiss goodbye to a squad rebuild and maybe we'd be fooled into thinking it's right when those same players turn up like they did last season, then the next season rolls around and they down tools, another manager gets sacked and round and round we go.
Kompany team played well but their team defense is very poor and their end product is also poor. Burnley should have scored at least 5 goals no wonder this season they have the third worst defense in PL and shame on United, They could not score a goal against the open team like Burnley and they were only able to score a goal due to the mistake of Burnley player.

Do not compare the current state of Ten Hag with how Fergie started a Millenium ago... football has changed a lot since then. Nowdays, You'll get idea of where this is going from the start. Take Kloop at Liverpool for example: you could notice huge improvements from the very 1st few weeks when Kloop took over, even though he didnt yet have players that suited his tactics.

@beefymario88 Manchester United has a medical department, the same as the football department with a hierarchy. There have been multiple miscalculations (Casemiro getting a 2nd opinion and found a niggle, Martinez operation failing) just to name a few.

I understand Terry's frustration and wanting ETH sacked but he can be a little disingenuous to fans who might want him to stay. Firstly, while Ineos have named some great appointments, none are actually in situ yet. How can you have 100% faith in something that has done literally nothing yet?
We can't forget that the Glazers still have the majority say over the financial side of United. Its most likely why Berrada and Ashworth aren't in place yet, they've been unwilling to stump up the compensation.
ETH and United have had a bad season, but of all the people that are still involved in the club, we have at least some evidence that he can succeed at the club.

1. the number of attacks and chances utd had, they still should of won the game comfortably... 3-1 4-2 kinda scoreline
2. yet again utd had 2 ridiculous decisions against them. 2 stonewall penalty especially the handball both ignored again. utd all season have had so many bad var calls. the media barely ever brings it up and even Terry (apparently a utd fan) just brushes over it pretty quickly. Subjective decisions have been going against us all season. You should know by now that the refs and VAR officials will screw us over any opportunity they get. You should know better by now bro.

all teams have off days finishing wise and we did have more than enough chances to put Burnell away... however u can't constantly be getting these kinda of decisions (2 in 1 game) against u. both of them but especially the handball HAS to be a pen. then u look at the 1 awb got given against in the fa cup that almost saw us knocked out. these decisions are swinging games. when ur struggling for consistency it's the difference between winning 3 in a row or win 1 lose 1... u can't build momentum

But yeah... I have a theory that the squad being unlikeable and unrelatable, combined with the manager keep mouthing off about the referees might have something to do with why we don't get any subjective decisions.
The 2 most noticeable examples that trigger me the most this season;
1.Us conceding a soft penalty against City at OT(Hojlund on Rodri) but then we don't get one VAR checked in our favour in the same game for us. We didnt get one against Arsenal(Gabriel on Hojlund) or against Spurs(Udogie on Garnacho).
2. However the most laughable one so far is Dalot getting sent off for showing descent two times in one sequence. I've seen many players show descent twice in sequence like Dalot did and I'm yet to see another red card get brandished like that. I've seen even more players whom are on yellows from a earlier incident, show decent... Still...Dont get a red card.
