Well said. Only practice makes perfect. Been droning 6 years own Air2s but still keep a few cheaper small drones for inside flying when weather is bad. Another great video by Captain Drone!
Are there any better options though for under £100? The cheap drone market seems to be a bit of a minefield.
For $125 with 3 batteries and obstacle avoidance who can resist? Great little toy to play with when my DJI's are in a no fly zone. Ordered one just now!

Makes sense to learn with a $100 drone before you burn $1000 on an autel.

I have to say that for an introduction into droning, this looks pretty good. It gives a great deal of obstacle avoidance to hopefully ensure you don't get into trouble while working things out. Better to spend this much to learn than a lot more with no obstacle avoidance-you know which one I mean! I might just buy one to try and teach my grandson, nah, I'll keep to myself as he'll only show me up 🤣

Love the way that Obstacle avoidance works perhaps some of the big drone companies could take notice it’s a really good concept. Especially for sub 250 g drones with the weight saving of only using one unit for 360 view looks like this makes a lot of sense
Wow!!! $99? All those features and brushless motors, Im in. Maybe some of us dont remember there was a drone like this in our past that got us excited and hooked on flying regardless if it has a gimble or not. These things are alot of fun, heck I might get one as a backup done. OH!!! and its UNDER 259 grams? Wow! is all I can say. Maybe you can do a follow up with this one when it gets warmer

I like the sounds of that obstacle warning because it's almost identical to the alarm sounds of my Casio wrist watch...
I'd pay good money for a version of this with a gimbal. 25 min on a budget drone is unheard of.

Good alternative for Tello
Very cool as always! Imagine if this company made that obstacle detection system like an after market product that you could hot glue onto any drone. I would place it on my mavic mini 2. I don’t need obstacle avoidance in the front or rear because I love flying fpv but having it on the sides where you are entirely in the dark would be awesome 👏! I strongly envy your ability to withstand the cold. I am the opposite I can withstand hot 🥵 temperatures like lizards 🦎but cold 🥶 weather puts me into Hibernation lol 😂!

I still have and enjoy my SG906 Pro . Would not mind owning this for a sub 250g drone. And that price is great . its currently a little over 100$ with sensor and 3 batts . Not bad for a GPS drone. Im not concerned much with cameras and video . I just like to fly it around . this would be perfect for me.

Mavic 3....here, hold my beer....LOL. What I think is perfect about this drone is that since your not so distracted by the camera cause its poor video. A person can go out in their back yard and concentrate on getting flight orientation and practice horizonal figure 8's. By then you'll know if you want to move on to a more pro model. Nice to see dry ground appearing around there.....

If you had an Insta360 Go2, the software stabilization allows you any angle and still keep the horizon level
£97 with 3 batterys and the obstacle avoidance doodaa is a mind blowing price for a first drone to try the hobby out. its a lot less than i paid for my SG906pro with 3 battery's which does not have obstacle avoidance.

I purchased on 7th february an have it still not get until today. New message was that it will be delivered on 4th of April. I´ll use it for learning to fly. My Nano+ is too valuable for that. After your clip, I'm very curious to fly with it too.

Sure a better choice to learn on than to waste $400-600 on a decent small drone only to end up a beginners crash and burn or fly away!

What tools do you use to take photos that are used for video thumbnails?
smartphone or professional camera, and if it's a smartphone, what smartphoneis it?
Why would what type of smart phone even matter? Just look up how to make a thumbnail and then do it. You don't need someone's exact specs on heir phone or camera to do that.

Some neat ideas in there. Not sold on the digital stabilisation rather than the gimbal. Hoping the no gimble rumours for the mini 3 aren't true.
It looked like the camera was locked in like a sport mode not moving at all.could tell when you pitched forward and backward. Is this not a real 2 axis gimbal or was there a setting wrong?

Features looked promising, however video quality is not good. I am sure the EIS does not work on this K9, as my one drone has EIS (Bugs B20) and it is really smooth. Thanks for video Steve.

How does this compare to the 6K version?
I had a few NON-IPHONE flights today! It was fun but I busted a blade. No problem there are extras. I quickly realized they are matched sets that make sense. Labeled A1, A2, B1, B2. I am working with them, and they are very nice, about the iPhone portion. The TCAS system works great now that I am using it Duh... Question; are blades like these readily available on Amazon or somewhere here in the USA? Thank you for your help Cpt. Gregg
The answer is.... props of all types for pretty much any drones are all generic. This means you can search for them on amazon by prop size and then match up the connector system.
This is a great little toy class drone from what we have seen in this video. Definitely great for a beginner because as we all know, beginners tend to crash and destroy their drones. Destroy this one and you are out only $99.00. Not a bad sacrifice!
With the weight of this drone being well below 250g, one could even put on a naked gopro for better video quality and it still weigh lest than 250g.
