The tapered intake runners are designed to increase air velocity to evenly distribute airflow to all 8 cylinders, improving throttle response and providing consistent volumetric efficiency for your engine.

I’m running a LS3 grange and would like to know how much boost the low rise intake will hold.
We wouldn't recommend going over 25 PSI in boost

What other items would be suggested along with this manifold, 102mm tb and bigger injectors and fuel pump do you recommend for a boosted application to compliment this product and does this clear the WM bonnet? Sorry for the questions but thanks for the replies.
@@baddaddy8718 92mm or 102mm throttle body, bigger injectors and an upgraded fuel pump are all good upgrades. The low profile versions will only clear bonnets in Commodores.

Performance increase ?
These are of course best paired with upgraded engine components such as camshafts & cylinder heads and will produce more peak power. You won't really gain much benefits if you put this on a stock engine.
This intake will kill power below 6,000 RPM.
For the most part that is correct. This is because the runner length is quite short in comparison to the standard intake which moves the powerband higher up the rev range. These are of course best paired with upgraded engine components such as camshafts & cylinder heads.
