Proflow LS Drive-by-Wire Throttle Bodies
Our drive-by-wire (fly-by-wire) LS throttle bodies are the perfect upgrade to your late model LS/LSX engine from your VE or VF commodore. They incorporate a venturi styled housing which allows for good low speed control and a smoother throttle response. The larger bore 102 mm size allows for increased air flow which results in fast, smooth acceleration across all RPM ranges.
Direct fit for any factory or aftermarket LS/LSX intake manifold and they utilise the original late model GM 6-pin connector. The proprietary electronics and stepper motor allow these throttle bodies to be used on both naturally aspirated and forced induction engines. Tuning is required for installation.

Does this have to be used with a turbo is it all good to use with an NA
They are best paired with turbos but can be used in NA applications with other supporting mods, such as camshafts and with an upgraded fuel system

What would would U gain on just a na Barra with all stock components would it make any difference or is really just to support upgrade and mods

Performance increase ?
These are of course best paired with upgraded engine components such as camshafts & cylinder heads and will produce more peak power. You won't really gain much benefits if you put this on a stock engine.

At your price point these intakes need to out perform others like the Fast lsxr by a conciderable amount otherwise they aren't worth the expense. Where are your dyno runs?

I’m running a LS3 grange and would like to know how much boost the low rise intake will hold.
We wouldn't recommend going over 25 PSI in boost

What other items would be suggested along with this manifold, 102mm tb and bigger injectors and fuel pump do you recommend for a boosted application to compliment this product and does this clear the WM bonnet? Sorry for the questions but thanks for the replies.
@@baddaddy8718 92mm or 102mm throttle body, bigger injectors and an upgraded fuel pump are all good upgrades. The low profile versions will only clear bonnets in Commodores.
what do you do if you have an older vehicle that does not have an in tank pump already? I don't want an external noisy fuel pump. Thanks
You could use one of our universal in-tank fuel pump hangers (PFEFCA003) to allow you to mount a small internal fuel pump into your fuel tank. Alternatively you can run one of our external Bosch style in-line fuel pumps which are pretty quiet.
This intake will kill power below 6,000 RPM.
How much for a 2016 intake it has l83 5.3 ls

I've been looking to get a set of your ls1 heads for my turbo ls1.
Got one of these on a proflow 90 degree elbow into a 4150 manifold. Im struggling to understand how i am meant to hold the throttle cable in place. theres no bracket
A cable bracket will usually be mounted on the intake manifold and not the throttle body itself, so a custom bracket or modification to an existing one will be required.

Hi Guys, can the top hose spigot be blocked off? I have a BF FPV and it relies on the cap for relive normally, as such, no hose there?
It is not recommended to be blocked off, as this is the vent for the fluid if the pressure exceeds the cap’s limit. Many people just run a small hose down the engine bay or leave it unblocked.

Thanks Bryan. Anti seize is used on all threads. Copper anti-seize is usually best in titanium to titanium connections, otherwise standard anti-seize lube is fine (Permatex).
