Great video you answered my questions exactly because when I went to go put my injectors into my sheet metal intake and they would not go down in there so now I know that I need to order some blue o-rings. Wasn't sure if I need to change the injectors or not but you answer all my questions thank you for the great content
Mildly infuriating to see you sitting the fuel rail right on the connector plug. Probably wouldn't have needed any washers if you rotated the connectors to be in or out and push down on the fuel rail.
These are pretty good and put together well. BUT, the top is to thin and will resonate on a car that is modified such as bigger cam, throttle body, injectors etc. My car moves a lot of air, I am getting it ready for turbos. I had to add mass to my intake. I tig welded small square tubing to the top to keep it from acting like a speaker. It was annoying and found if I place my hands on it the noises it was making go away.
I’ve got the deep motor EBay one for my procharger build and I am running ID1050X injectors and had to do the same exact thing lol I’m pretty sure that all these cheap manifolds are made by the same exact factory because mine is 1000000% identical in every way it just says. deep motor on it lol

the injector seem to be seated at an angle in the intake hole. would it effect the spray? i know straighter and cleaner spray product more power. but it look like it will be spraying to one side of the port. you want to keep gas atomize as it travel into the cylinder. if it hit the wall of the port, some of the gas will turn liquid.
What fuel injectors will you guys be using for the new stoker motor? You think stock ls3 injectors is enough? I have Holley sniper efi sheet metal on l92 6.2 with 224 cam and Bolt-Ons. My tuner said stock 30s is not enough and should get ls3 or bigger..
Brake cleaner is a great lubricant.. It sounds like you haven't turned enough wrenches. There are situations where you need a lubricant that dries quickly and leaves no residue. Brake cleaner is perfect for that. Just have to work quickly with it
That’s not snug enough. First time you add pressure it’ll jet out. Wtf. All you guys give bad advice when talking about builds like these. You wanna see shit blow up

I wouldn't use break cleaner around fuel injecter seals I know it evaporates very quickly but it could leak after time..

What was the final outcome once the engine was running, any vacuum leaks at the injectors?
