I can't speak to car helmets but motorcyclist magazine did testing on actual testing equipment and At that time they found that Snell offered no extra protection over DOT. This was vack on 2006 I think. They lost a ton of ad revenue from the test but it did spur SNELL to update and rethink their testing procedures and requirements.

Its waaaay more complicated. First, I read the article and it was not very well written. Second, I really like Snell BUT these guys are almost making the argument tjat a pricey helmet is always better and that a Snell helmet is always better- and I know those are neither necessarily true. The cool thing about snell is that they certify and they update standards.
Third- read the Hurt report. DOT is way past due for update.
Fourth- so long as the helmet meets DOT, the two best things you can choose for are full face cover and a really good fit- snug, not too tight, good contact all over, no hot spots.
Serious. This is your life we're talking about

    i got a idea
examine a wool FIA racing suit and burn it to the crisp compare it to regular clothing or regular jumpsuits
or how a Turbo and a supercharger works in action exposed and tear it in half to see the bits inside

  • @arturodapanteriafernandez4582

Can you do a video on COOLANT, how it's important to use either best, medium and low quality for daily, roadtrips, and or annual, and what causes them to last as long as the quality or is it better to just use water? Also what would happen to the radiator and engine at each quality? Thanks. ¡¡¡Your videos are WET!!! ¡¡¡Hella dope and intriguing content, keep up the good work, much love to all your media and diversity keep it Y'all!!!
