People who have had very abusive childhoods often have blood sugar issues, sleep issues and develop diabetes because of the chronic stress. I am fed up with folks who think folks with this issue eat twinkles all day.

I wake up like clockwork at 1230 and 230. Been carnivore 6 years and I do notice adding TONS of potatoes and fruit can SOMETIMES help. Also trying collagen and it does relax me.

Dude, you are exactly describing Dr Sarno and his work. Our mind has a problem and to protect us it causes a distraction and tries to hide the problem.

@@wellnessdaddy google John Stossel and back pain. He did a 20/20 segment on Dr Sarno. I had back pain and tried everything short of surgery. A found out about Sarno and am now basically pain free.

He talks about Dr. Saraโs work, but Iโm telling you heโs made daily videos for the last four or five years and I find that has helped me so much. Iโm not in pain but that mind-body connection. He simplifies it down and Iโm more emotional playing and a person that distracts to avoid. It has been amazing. Iโve been listening for a couple months and all I can say is oh my goodness it works.

you ask the people that sleep amazing what their secret is and the answer is Nothing. The people that often sleep the best dont over calculate every daily metrics. Focusing too much on the cause is causing hyperarousal. Theres nothing you can do to make your body fall asleep. It was always suppose to be a natural thing.
