@@wellnessdaddyhey bud would love to try this and do the chamber oxygen thing bcuz I'm fighting this lump on my neck possibly cancer and I've been doing crazy doing everything and anything that can help i don't want chemo .i would love to talk with you more as i find your journey similar to mine . Please take care and thank you for giving us all this info .
Interesting side of things. I think in your case you had alot of parasitic elements in your system. This breath starving is like a fasting to flush out what i call that which breeds ignorance. You can also achieve this result by making sure to breath out in a longer pattern which gives your lungs time to more fully expell the old "air" from your blood and system. And i wouldn't call wimhofs method 'fight or flight' inducive. It actually clears up trauma stored in your body and therefore promotes an active calm with strong long wavelengths. Whilst the so called empty breath hold, trains your body to make more out of the oxygen thereby providing deeper deeps and higher highs in ones rhythm. Side note: air is actually poisonous and whilst you need it to live, it also kills you slowly. Weird huh?
Not sure if you’ve ever done TM (mantra mediation) - it’s also done 20min x2 per day. Interesting. When I do TM my breathing slows massively to like 3 breaths per minute so sounds like body knows to naturally do the same thing as you’re doing in deep meditation
no as it needs initiation but if you google you can find the mantras they use and technique which is simple enough but ideally still needs to be done via a teacher. But now I am doing Sadhguru's Shambhavi Mahamudra which is more intricate and deals with pranayama and more. I recommend it. Look into his Innner Engineering program@@lomaleks1332

Buteyko method is incredible 👍
agreed
Wow I love this breathwork thanks ❤
Epic video!
Thanks g
this is brilliant
Thanks!
Interesting theory!
Not theory! There’s science to the breathing technique… check the links in the deaceiption
Yep it’s fascinating - do you still do holotropic style breathwork still then? How long is your buteyko hold time?
No more holographic really, only occasionally when I go a breathwork class. But haven’t tested the hold recently… probably above 30

Check out Patrick’s stuff it will blow you away, then come back and tell me what you think. I was skeptical at first too
I've walked into rooms and forgot why a lot of times....I thought this was a common thing. Should I be worried about it?
If happens often then maybe
Hi Kyle. Did you include the link to your mold story? I can't seem to find it.
Would a cool plunge before bed have opposite effect and keep you up?
Too intense before bed, but cool shower not bad!
@@wellnessdaddy thanks bro, enjoyed your meat mafia podcast!
@@christopher6487 thanks brotha!

Can we say Tim Hof`s breathing technique is less useful rather than Patrick McKeown`s reduced breathing?
i think it's context depedent
You still had brain fog after the HBOT?
What were your long haul symptoms??
