Castor Oil: Isn't that just an old remedy used by older ladies for skincare and menstrual relief?

If you're black and from the south you know about the boogeyman named Castoil ๐ ๐. If you even did a half cough you were getting a tablespoon of castoil. Yes I know that's not how it's spelled.
I have been using Castor oil on my face for years. I can vouch tu at it helps grow hair! I have long lashes and 9 years ago my lashes were so small and falling off too much. After using Castor Oil, Iโm back to having lush and long eyelashes and lush eyebrows again!
One thing that castor oil packs do is to stimulate the lymphoid tissue on the wall of the jejunum, according to Edgar Cayce, from personal experience my lymphocytes were low on blood work of the amount of cells not necessarily the ratios. So after after 3 series of 3 consecutive days/wk pack with heat my lym come up to normal. They dropped a little after 2 weeks but later after 3 months have stayed in the normal range

I'm using castor oil weekly and sometime inside my coffe enema. it was a life saving for me. Less inflammation, more healthy and no acne, no more. But we should using it together with other protocol

There was a scientific study done on Castor packs measuring WBC before and after packs, plus you would have to convince a lot of people that received benefit's from using castor oil thats it a sham, good luck with that

You havenโt described anything that it actually did as in beneficial just what you assumed it might have done, which was give you better sleep and made you feel better to me. That sounds like a placebo.

I guess there is a lot of more research on the internal use for constipation, since it is well established in medicine.
Yet the external use is good documented as traditional use. Here in Europe the castor patches are often used in combinaion with fasting traditions.
