I Tried 60 Days Of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (my insane results)

  • This could be the most important video I’ve ever made. What you’re about to watch is 6 months of work cut down into 11.5 minutes.
Hyperbaric treatment has been touted as somewhat of a medical miracle, and I wanted to put it to the test.
There has also been a recent study showing that 60 90 minute sessions at 2 atmospheres of pressure can lengthen your telomeres and reverse the aging process.
The more research I did on hyperbaric, the more unbelievable results seemed.
With the incredible help from the team @atxhyperbarics I documented the full 60 session protocol, and I did all my blood work and telomeres before and after.
This is a landmark video that is going to bring much needed awareness to one of the most important medical interventions of our time.
My only request - please go watch the video all the way through, and if you enjoyed - share the video so that this information can reach more people.

In I believe 1996, when i was living in New Orleans, i had occasion to witness a procedure done at a hospital conducted by Tulane University as part of their study on the effect of hyperbaric chambers.
The subject was a drug overdose victim who was deemed to be brain dead. Placing him in a hyperbaric chamber, under 10g was done to determine if his organs could be cleansed and used for organ transplant.
Aftèr 4 days he regained brain function and was discharged from the hospital.

No wonder that increased oxygen consumption would then help with his metabolism.
I wonder how much of the same effect, or even additional effect could be generated with dietary changes and targeted supplementation of ketones and mitochondrial antioxidants and their precursors.

My mother was scheduled to have her foot amputated because it was so mangled from an accident. The doctor suggested hyperbaric therapy. She did two hours, three times a week, for about two months. Upon completion, no one could tell she ever had a problem with her foot. Hyperbaric therapy also gives you 2020 vision while you are in therapy. It is very promising and I’ll bet it cures so many diseases. They just need to perfect it and bring the costs down.

It’s a very expensive therapy, but worth the price if you can afford it. My brother at age 37 (1.5 years ago) had not one, but three strokes (two on the left sude if the brain and one on the right side), it was devastating.
While the next day after he left the hospital I took him to his first session of Hyperbaric Oxygen, rented a soft shell chamber for home use (twice per day for two hours each) then took him in for the hard shell as shown on the video twice a week. In 30 days he had improved so much that it was unbelievable. At first he could not move the right side of his body, could not lean down, could not walk unassisted and could barely understand his speech.
Long story short, by 1.5 months he was able to walk about two miles (slow but without assistance), could shower himself, drive and speech was almost back to normal.
He was able to move parts of the body only while in the chamber, but he kept doing it and eventually was able to move outside. After a month and a half, he only went for the hard shell chamber 5 days a week for 4.5 months more. A total of 6 months and even better mental clarity.
So six months after the strokes he was on the road taking a one month road trip from Atlanta to Alaska alone.
I do have to say that he also changed his terrible eating habits and ate a more whole food & organic diet along with good quality supplements. 4 rounds of Stem Cell therapy and Zero pharmaceuticals.
Good to mention that he refused to get a pace maker while in the hospital after the strokes and it seems that the hyperbaric helped with that too.

Interesting results! The biggest detractor to adopting the therapy, is that many to most health care providers will not cover this under any insurance. The cost ranges from $250-$600 per-session, so that's a minimum of $20k-$36k out of pocket for those 60 sessions. Even with all the benefits, people are struggling now to make their monthly bills and rent and groceries. The price has to come down or PCPs need to start supporting this as a valid medical treatment to insurance can offset the cost.

Yeah. Don’t believe the negative stuff about soft chambers. It’s a way for companies who offer hyperbaric to dissuade people from buying them and doing it at home. Even breathing ambient air at 1.3 ATA is powerful. Add the oxygen with a good mask and it’s life changing. Dr Harch, the leading hyperbaric expert, says that for brain fog, TBI, neurological stuff in general, lower pressure can be much more effective. I’ve done 25 dives in a clinic and now I have one at home and it’s amazing. I can Duce 2x daily whenever I desire. I habe a Newtowne, just got it 10:days ago. Loving it!

5 times was enough for me to feel so much better. But after each session I felt horribly weak, that I was nearly unable to drive the car to the hotel. I need with the first session a 4 hours rest to get back to normal and after the 5. session 2 hours.
I did this therapy only on Saturday or Friday or Saturdays, because I was not able to get vacation at this time, but I had Long COVID and was working on the edge of my body. The doctors told me it was never done like this before and they did not know, if this works. But it worked out for me pretty well.
My body needs this whole week to recover from this 2 hours session in the chamber.
In the year 2023 I had 2 sessions in the chamber to see the difference, how it feels, when I am healthy. I only need 1 hours to rest to feel good after the session.
This showed me that it was not so much needed.

I’d love to watch a video of u explaining the process, what to expect, what u ate, how long was it before u noticed a difference between sessions and when did u notice the long covid improve. I am experiencing long Covid and I have sickle cell anemia which is a rare blood disease characterized by my blood cells lacking oxygen. I believe one day soon I’ll be able to try this out. Here in the US, the prices are ridiculously high! Congratulations on the success. By celebrating your accomplishments I am encouraged to have my own.

I never was able to get back to my full health back. Sport was only possible for 1 hours per week, but I did also more, which let to a totally exhausted body, where I need to go to bed directly after the Sport unshowered and I was freezing in the bed. Showring next morning and felt still exhausted.
Brain fog, cannot concentrate, if I am reading and it could take until 5 times until I understand a complicated text. Difficulties to find the right word.
And 6 month after COVID it startet to get worth, so that I was not able to do Sport at all. Stressful situations at Work made so weak that I was 2 month only able 2 Work 2 weeks and than I went into a 5 week Rehabilitation into a Hospital for lung diseases. This helps, but not brought be back to 100%. Afterwards it got better over 8 month, that I was able to bike, but still exhausted after sports.
And this HBO made it directly worse afterwards (very weak because body was healing), but it goes much faster back to normal. After 5 times I felt my power back to have a normal life.
But I never got that fit like before, which is connected to the damaged cell power plant called "Mitochondrien" in german.

Main point, why I got Long COVID was an inflammation in the big toe joint in the left foot which let to an inflammation with the nerve until the knee, since 2012.
      Unknown worm infection.
I started to take liquid fermented vitamines, from livq (german product 2 different) to get better and eat fruit salat with mango, apples and oranges or lemons and also vegetable salat every 2. day.
But the inflammation in the toe joint is getting now better since 6 month because of talking self made ginger, tumeric (both from Peru not China), lemon shot with 2 big spoon yoghurt for fermentation and liquid minerals drops from the lake in Utah (US). Recepies are in the Internet.
The feeling of the nerv is going to normal and not so hyper as before sensitive.
A less stressful job since 1 year.
I think it is a long recovery, but I hope summer 2024 it will be back to health to 100%.

Possible symptoms or side effects after HBOT can include fatigue and lightheadedness. More severe problems can include:
    - Lung damage
    - Fluid buildup or bursting (rupture) of the middle ear
    - Sinus damage
    - Changes in vision, causing nearsightedness, or myopia
    - Oxygen poisoning, which can cause lung failure, fluid in the lungs, or seizures
Side effects are generally mild as long as:
    - The therapy doesn’t last more than 2 hours
    - The pressure inside the chamber is less than 3 times that of the normal pressure in the atmosphere
    HBOT cautions
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is not safe for everyone. In general, you shouldn't receive HBOT if you:
    - Have certain types of lung diseases, because of an increased risk for a collapsed lung
    - Have a collapsed lung
    - Have a cold or a fever
    - Have had recent ear surgery or injury
    - Do not like small enclosed spaces (claustrophobia)

IF you need help "now" -- a 2 bar hard chamber is what you want, if you're doing long-term preventative maintenance then 1.3 or 1.4 bar work just fine. Sadly, all these firms are fighting for money so they misinform to make more. You could always test the soft chambers too.

I personally know of a 3 y.o. child that suffered cardiac arrest (ventrical fibrillation was the cause, congenital heart defect) and had total of approx. 30 minutes without oxygen to the brain. Had two hyperbaric sessions daily for three weeks at 1.5 pressure and 100% oxygen. Followed by one year of daily sessions at home (hard cylinder installed on lease). The child is aware of its surroundings and expresses needs as an infant would. Without this and other "rehab" activities, would've deceased or been comatose/vegetative.
This is expensive therapy, but worth all efforts and expenses.

1.5 does not require a hard tank (the fact that the FDA only approves 1.3 ATM for soft chambers doesn't mean much of anything; too many politics and conflicts for them to have any serious credibility on anything). Your body has NO idea how the desired pressure level was achieved (soft of hard tank). But people are so gullible and believe anything just because a video or article says so. You MUST require substantiating data before you come to a conclusion on any scientific research, and that does NOT mean reading the abstract only. Many times they simply contain lies or distortions that are not borne out in the methodology or stated in the full discussion. Also, you must check for conflicts of interest and, VERY IMPORTANTLY, how the test group was selected. This video was lacking on several levels, and is inaccurate. But don't take my word (you shouldn't), check the latest research as I outlined, and you will find the truth for yourself. Not what someone else tells you to believe.

I only think calling the soft shell ones a fraud is kind of harsh... In Germany there are no free chambers. You have to wait forever to get a spot and also its immensly expensive. The soft shell option to have at home is much more feasible for us here. And it's better than not doing it at all I guess. It's around 12k too, but you can share it with others and resell it afterwards. And they do 1.5ATA. Experience from people who have used it here for long covid related issues seam to report positive things. I'm sure 2 is better than 1.5. But 1.5 is better than 1.0 :P I guess. I also heared that for some issues there seem not even to be that many benefits with the extra pressure.
Well, after all it's the only option we got over here and I'll give it a shot after nearly two years of me/cfs from covid.
I heard that sessions in the UK are very cheap. Can anyone confirm that?

I think I had covid before they announced it was here. It took 6 months before I could take a deep breath. My eyes quit tracking together. that never got better and 2 doctors had no idea what caused it. Gave me an MRI nothing in the brain looked wrong, the ocular nerve was fine the ocular cavities were clear. I still have issues not seeing and have developed cataracts. I ended up with an autoimmune problem, I finally have been on carnivore and got rid of the blood insulin issues I think I too had Hashimoto's. I immediately felt better and that was back in July 2023. I feel sorry that this is available for rich people only. I'm 71

Man, what a great video. One thing man, the tech that was providing you this therapy in the hard chamber is using hard chambers made by OXY health it looks like, who, in fact, is one of the top manufactures and designers of soft chambers just like the one you show LeBron James getting in the beginning of your video. Yet, he says they’re completely ineffective. Man this couldn’t be more inaccurate. In some research it shows that lower pressure with an oxygen concentrator or even room air has huge benefits. Also, the longevity of use can be considered. I would also just say if you trust hard chambers by a manufacturer why would you say there are other products that they use are ineffective. Both therapies work for different things and for different people, depending on who they are and how they respond to HBOT. Anyway, man glad you made this video!! More people need to know about this. I love the videos HBOTUSA makes about this stuff check it out.

Your video is interesting, and the results are scientifically backed in the literature. However, you should not be so quick to say there is "fraud" when considering the type of chamber or treatment. Sure, there are scams everywhere but I wouldn't say the fraud is "rampant". The company that produces the hard chamber you were treated in also produces 4 other 'soft' chambers. All of these chambers have been used successfully to treat people with various conditions. There is plenty of literature backing the treatment of cerebral palsy, as an example, with 1.3 atmosphere pressure of air, not even using additional oxygen. I was a speaker for the 'company' in the very early days and have had, and still use today, both the 'hard' and 'soft' type of chambers. More pressure is not always better and there is a lot of benefit to be had from treatment in any hyperbaric chamber if correct for the desired goal.

Eventually you could sleep with it. His unit is one of the best for inhaling Brown's Gas. It helps to reverse autoimmune illnesses. Other units on the market are hydrogen inhaling machine & not true Brown's Gas units. These units are not the same as drinking dissolved hydrogen tablets in water.

I’m 64 and still chewing gum and kicking ass. I don’t know any secret, maybe it’s my genes, but I think the main things are don’t drink too much, don’t smoke, don’t get fat and stay physically active and useful. Physically I’m stronger than I was at 20 but have a bit less endurance. My blood pressure is fine. Maybe a little stiffness now and then but nothing serious. I don’t eat any special diet. The only thing I would change if I could go back is I would still get regular sun, but I’d wear sunscreen more often on my face and hands as I have a bit of sun damage on those areas. And take care of your teeth. They have a lot of chewing to do over a lifetime. Live long and prosper friends.

I did HBOT in Montreal (les cours). Prior to this my cardiologist did not describe my heart in flattering terms (severe myocarditis scarring which btw is now occurring at a dramatically higher rate in the population). When I saw him after perhaps 40 sessions, he described the improvement as “very, very, much better than expected “ and discontinued the thinner as I no longer had any quiescent areas in my heart. Obviously I can’t prove causality but the improvement was profound enough to surprise greatly my cardiologist.
