Yeah I think he's saying they can build the muscle to they did not going to specifically burn the fat in that one area but they can build muscle under the fat so in other words if you don't burn the fat you'll never see the results..its like a guy trying to claw up to the top of the ice during a cave in with a small ice pick he could be under the ice working his butt off but if the ice don't melt from the top you'll never see him😄
That’s not necessarily a bad thing because eventually the fat will be converted to muscle, and burning fat is harder than building muscle...

It's sort of true and he is largely correct, but, increased blood flow and heat generation in certain areas it seems can help semi-spot reduce, for example
Jump rope -
your face tends to drop fat and sharpen up noticeably.
Walking, running, cycling
- your legs tend to generate heat and blood flow in the area, which helps lose fat in that area.
Yohimbine -
Tends to help drop fat in certain stubborn areas.
Shrink fat burning cream-
Wrapped in cling wrap during cardio, my experience, generates heat and sweat in the area.
Although this is combined with OTC fat burner with Carnitine and sometimes Yohimbine, visibly sharpens up the mid section.
Though on the surface, I would agree, people generally have stubborn areas which are harder to lose.
Certain foods may have a pre-disposition to store in certain areas.

I finally got rid of my belly fat, and the key was to have a mild caloric deficit coupled with heavy strength training and 30-60 minutes of heavy cardio weekly, took several weeks from having around 18% body fat originally. Core training does help a lot in filling the area in I found, it makes the area look more proportional, if your core muscles are all underdeveloped you'll always look like you got some extra skin around that area.

When u say u did 30-60 mins of cardio weekly do u mean u did that everyday of 30-60 mins or you did 30-60 mins worth of cardio in a single week
@@kadencaldwell yes only 30-60 for a single week(usually 3 20 minute sessions per week), some weeks I'd cut the cardio in half to give myself some recovery time to better focus on weight training.

It's called do cardio and eat right. no amount of exercises will do anything without proper nutrition and sleep.

Abraham Moreno people who say you don’t need cardio to lose weight are the people who hate cardio 😂I’ve been lifting 15 years, once I incorporated cardio consistently my body started looking amazing. Cardio is key!

I agree with Simeon, and I’ll piggy back with some additional thoughts.
The best exercise for love handles is a mental struggle and challenge for most. That’s having the mental strength to lower yo sugar intake gradually. Eat more vegetables. Drink 80% water daily. Eat more green vegetables and fiber. Detox periodically. Then HiTT exercises at your personal physical level and level up faster as you get stronger and build stamina. Finally, heavy weight training and HITT combined. Clean eating and drinking is key.

Bro you brought a new dimension to my routine..since l first watched your video last 2 weeks..l have burnt 5 kgs from 90kgs to 85kg..all in abt 14 days..all through 4 days a week cardio (jogging) and 2 days a week of HIT and WEIGHTS with one day of rest....l do intermittent fasting too twice a week..but l can say cardio has done it for me in reducing fat.... l can see the result....thank you Bro..your boy from Africa.

My love handles r going away. I start withe warm ups and little bit of stretching,then I move on to weight training. After that I work on my abs, I don't do too many crunches , I just use the tummy twister first just to warm up the abs and do some front kicks and roundkicks slowly not too fast and finish of with some crunches thats it . This seems to be working for me.

I have found that my diet is the key and when i learned that my pants went from size 54 to size 32 in 2 years time. Cardio is great for the heart but knowing your calorie intake is key!

He should eat more sugar & white flour to get some body fat under that straight skin.
If you want the love handles to go. Eat clean, and less often, incorporate a little more cardio, find some core strength workouts that best suit your situation, and above anything stay disciplined, because it takes time to safely see results.

Thanks man, much appreciated, needed some exercises to help a friend lose weight. When people see they've only burnt 300-400 calories on the elliptical or treadmill, I let them know EPOC vastly increases the metabolism and thus much more calories are going to be burnt at a faster rate from the cardio, so it's really much more than 300-400 over the next few hours.

For those who want the answer he gives, it’s weight training and cardio, and don’t target one specific area. Don’t do unnecessary workouts without burning off the fat first, which is what you are there for.
I was 242 last summer. I weighed 176 since November and thought that I would be underweight if I weighed lower. But I realize my love handles are still there and I will get rid of them. The key takeaway here is workout 4-5x a week and eat in a caloric deficit until you have 0.1% body fat. Great video 💯

Years ago I cut out cardio entirely. I regret it now. I see how de-conditioned I've become. Now that I've reintroduced cardio in my routine, my endurance and power is going up. And my body is tightening. I don't know who brainwashed me, but now I know how important it is to both lift and sprint
If you want to cut up , resistance with sprints. More than 3x weekly 20 minutes tears up your hips and knees and burns testasterone.
That is 20 minutes of cardio 3x weekly.

Walking warm up, light stretch, and an intense sprint to exhaustion. Then supersets. Squat, deadlift, and push-ups with no rest between them but only after a set of each exercise is done. Do five Supersets of squat, deadlift, and push-ups. This kind of workout will burn the maximum amount of bodyfat in the shortest amount of time by working your entire body intensely.
I can't do that, too hard because i'm fat and lazy all the time.
