This leg day workout is high intensity and super effective!! This resistance workout uses compound exercises and unilateral exercises to give maximum effect for each rep.     Very balanced workout... I did it after a 20 min cardio session and still finished it all through. My weight is 100 kgs. Hope to get more fantastic sessions with lovely wishes

    It was amazing, In the middle of work out I wanted to cry that I don't want to do it haha but moving to the next upper body work out to continue crying

    Viv: such a nice video. I had to adjust for the bridge and bird dog exercises. It's not easy getting up and down from the floor in pace with the video. Where is Mr. Muscle? Is he letting you do all of the work? No more cooking videos? Is he on a permanent vacay? Thanks always for your hard work. It's always appreciated.

    Another reason why it's getting difficult to stay consistent is that I am not sure if I am getting result in my body. I do feel confident though. Or maybe I'm just searching for a reason to allow myself not to work out.
