I tried this yesterday and I felt every bit of this. My legs hate me today, but it was worth it.
Very balanced workout... I did it after a 20 min cardio session and still finished it all through. My weight is 100 kgs. Hope to get more fantastic sessions with lovely wishes

Viv: such a nice video. I had to adjust for the bridge and bird dog exercises. It's not easy getting up and down from the floor in pace with the video. Where is Mr. Muscle?
