took prenatal with folic acid for months and started to become super depressed. Stopped taking it and felt so much better yet all the doctors tell you to take folic acid and don't mention that not everyone can absorb it.

I had one miscarriage after starting on 20 times the normal amount of folic acid on docters prescription. The second time I got pregnant I was on it for mothts and got so depressed and was having so many panc attacks that I had an abortion. I can't believe that it might have been the folic acid. It was so traumatic and I feel so guilty /regret it's hard to discover from.
Dear Jodie, thanks for your video. Can i take 0.5 mg of folic acid that is in a pregnancy supplement together with 0.5 mg of active folate ?

Wow thanks, no matter if you’re 40 or whatever, after reading Dobbie Nerkstrol's guide, I ended up pleasantly surprised. Within 60 days anyone can get pregnant, feeling the changes in your body the first few weeks. After go’ogling her I understood it's not a miracle kind of thing like the title suggests, but you can bet you'll boost your chances.
