    Your work is very appreciated. Navigating this stuff is super difficult. In conjunction with your book, my family has been able to understand alot of the ailments we’ve been dealing with. We’ve definitely experienced an enhanced quality of life because of this. Thank you for your investments in the public.

    My reactions to folic acid are so intense… every time I consume it I am nonfunctional for days. Body aches, pain in my joints, swelling. I try to avoid folic acid, but I recently realized that labels don’t have to say if things include enriched flour. A company can just put wheat flour on the label (which I don’t have an allergy to wheat/gluten). I’m so tired of being sick and having to tip toe around accidentally eating folic acid. It’s so hard.

    Dihydrofolate reductase deficiency has been linked to megaloblastic anemia. Treatment is with reduced forms of folic acid. Because tetrahydrofolate, the product of this reaction, is the active form of folate in humans, inhibition of DHFR can cause functional folate deficiency.

    Awesome. Your videos are gradually developing my vocabulary toward healing from sjogrens and other health issues stemming from our depleted/destructive agricultural systems. (I don't eat fake or junk foods, sugars, smoke, and almost never take drugs.) Discovered your work about a week ago. Thank you for the excellent depth and organization of your presentations. Just subscribed to Seeking Health.

    Thank you Dr Lynch for sharing all of this high value information.
    I did a gene test to check a few things about my health but I am wondering how accurate it is. In your experience, which companies are the most reliable for a genetic test?

    All disease starts at the cellular level and has to have an acidic environment to thrive in . The solution is to raise your alkilinity .
    Also discharge the free radicals and positive ions in your system by walking on the ground in your bare feet .

    • @farmur9680
      @farmur9680 Před 2 lety +2

      That is absolutely incorrect. Diseases do NOT thrive in an acidic environment, it's actually the exact opposite. Stomach acid for example has to be acidic for not only to absorb nutrients to prevent conditions such as heart disease, cancer, osteoporosis, stroke, alzheimer, dementia, diabetes etc but also preventing microbes entering our body by killing them by acidity. A great example is H.pylori bacteria which generates a high alkaline called ammonia in order to thrive, acid is what eliminates microbes, another proof are cancer cells that thrives in an alkaline environment since their internal pH of a cancer cell is more alkaline than the healthy cells which is why they export the acidic hydrogen protons outside the extracellular matrix where acidity occurs, it's not that the acid cause cancer, it's the cancer that causes acid.
      We CANNOT alter our blood pH, it is literally almost clearly impossible to do since our respiratory system is what maintains slight alkalinity between 7,35 to 7,45. Our skin has to be slightly acidic, our hair has to be slightly acidic, our pancreas has to be very alkaline, mitochondrial matrix is alkaline, our nervous system is alkaline, cerebrospinal fluid is alkaline, our gut bacteria in our digestive system is acidic.
      Another proof would be candida, candida overgrowth is due to lack of intestinal flora causing pH to rise where the growth gene of the candida is switched on which changes its form in to a fungal form which is why it is a dimorphic microbe, only way to control the candida is maintain acidic pH environment to keep the growth gene switched off and maintain its non-pathogenic yeast form, a great proof for this is the fact antibiotics causes fungal infection because antibiotics kills those gut bacteria which raises the pH to alkaline.
      We need free radicals to survive, only too much of it is harmful, our white blood cells generates free radicals to kill infected cells, diseased cells and even cancer cells (if they can be detected of course). So there you have it. This is why it is important to understand human physiology to debunk such myths.

    Nice to see you online. First thing for me to see you on podcast.
    You have lead me to diagnose me, my mother and son with MTHFR, Bso mcas or mmas with bad, bad pots. Was in hospital, got the moonface from prednisone, cytokine storm and escapes since they didn't do anything. I went up to 175 & down to 38. Used CBG FECO for cytokine storm from MCAS. It was dramatically more efficable for this exact problem than CBD.
    I saved myself!
    Can you help us all heal our ANS?

      Try folinic acid, it takes 3 steps and L5 methylfolate is active immediately and too much If your actively inflammed, sick

      I should have mentioned that folinic acid gives me a mild headache. For now I'm on a folic acid fast, then I'll try folinic again.
      Also waiting for Strategene to process my sample. Thanks for the tip.

  • @The_New_Abnormal_World_Order

    I only just learned about the dangers of folic acid and how it isn't actually beneficial. It was in my B-complex, and for around one month I was even topping it up with another supplement, thinking I was doing something positive for my health! Not to mention I'm eating it without realising. I recently came down with a cold and I wonder if the excess of folic acid had something to do with it! I have started methyl folate and am so thankful for the info🙏🙏

    just a question for you . How would having a mouthful of mercury affect the stuff you talk about! MTHFR and different nutrients and minerals..? Does it make it worse and harder to detox out the mercury along with being that I also have lots of dirty genes! Had 11 mercury fillings in my mouth with 50 yr old caps, only 1 that I knew about 10 of them were buried underneath old caps! with decay down to the nerve but dentist saved that tooth! I am totally mercury free now because I had all caps removed and all teeth recapped and cleaned up! YaY I know as I was getting them done I started immediately feeling better and better, now that they have all been done, I feel terrific! Now I am just working on all the other little deficiencies I have... I love your little bit of advice and try to never miss one but you know that life gets in the way sometimes... Thank you Dr Lynch!

    Also I feel like this is not straight forward enough. Curious if I accidentally eat folic acid in say, a pizza, how do I flush my system quickly? Because right now I have severe body reactions 2-4 days.

    At 6:10 you say that higher levels of methyl folate expedite the breakdown of unmetabolized folic acid. I have never heard this. Can you provide a citation? I would like to know about it if it is true. Thank you!

    Pregnant woman with folic acid deficiencies, in the early stages of their babies forming, may cause their babies to have neural tube defects.
    My wife and I lost our first baby due to a neural tube defect because she is unable to break down folic acid. With our later pregnancies she took mega doses of folic acid and our three boys turned out fine.

    • @missld6856
      @missld6856 Před rokem +3

      @steveinsbrook2479, Women need folate to prevent neural tube defects. Folic acid is synthetic and if you have mthfr like 50% of the population then your body cannot break down the folic acid to turn it into folate. So people with mthfr that can’t break down folic acid need that natural form of it called Methyfolate. Taking in extra doses of folic acid if you have mthfr can be toxic. It caused both my miscarriages so now I’ve switched to methofolate instead of folic acid
