  • Are you struggling with an annoying, recurring symptom that you have no clue how to help make it go away or at least improve?
Chronic runny nose? Nosebleeds? Sensitive to EMF? Can't fall asleep? Sudden irritability? Itchy skin randomly? Hot all the time? Red-faced big time after exercise? Sensitive to alcohol? Breathing difficulties?
Most of these don't require a run to your doctor. If they do, your doctor just bandaids you with medications or stuff that doesn't work.
What you're dealing with here is a lack of awareness by the medical establishment.
    Histamine Intolerance.
It's gaining traction - finally - but most health professionals still have no clue how to address it properly.
This is a MUST LISTEN to episode - and a must share with others episode.
Head over to any of your favorite podcast platforms and type in Dirty Genes Podcast. Hit subscribe. Then play.
Enjoy empowering yourself. It's about time you know how your own body works. Once you know how your own body works, then you'll be confident you can help yourself feel better.

Also, histamine block helped me tremendously post Covid because my lips and tongue got outrageously, swollen and nothing helped, not even NATTO. Doctors had no advice for me other than giving me, or wanting to give me anti-biotics. I declined. I decided to try your histamine block, and it was the only thing that worked slowly but surely. If I didn’t take it, the next day, my lips and tongue were painful and more swollen. It took about three weeks for things to get back to normal but I had no hope otherwise. I saw videos of people whose tongues were so engorged that they were hanging out of their mouths and had to be operated on to get them smaller. Scared the hell out of me. thank God for your probiotic, your histamine block.

In addition to a very healthy whole foods diet and your Optimal Multivitamin Minus One, I am now taking your ProBiota HistaminX and it seems to have taken my gut health to an even higher level. I can actually tolerate a daily glass of (organic or italian!) wine! Here's to your health, Dr. Lynch! Thank you so much for helping so many people get back to healthy lives!

I have almost all of these symptoms, as far as to have a sleep disorder, incredibly “allergic” to mosquitoes, ibs or gut issues so bad I’ve gotten nausea and dizzy. I’ve had issues with hives if I take birth-control. I the first few times i took antihistamines I felt intoxicated.
I have always known in my gut that almost all of my health problems are related to histamine.
Oh my gosh I wasn’t even done writing my review while listening to this video for the first time, and you keep mentioning ALL of problems I’ve come across!
I am so thankful for this research and the time you have put into this topic.

Links to the products is always a good add in to the description. Even a list of the products suggested would be great. Trying to write them all down while you are talking, especially when the closed captioned words often are wrong, seems less efficient.

Thank you thank you! So glad I found this video today. Makes so much sense of my nosebleeds, extreme redness, and other symptoms you mentioned. I started on a carnivore diet in January 2024 and also gave up alcohol. In no time I started to feel amazing & had zero redness. I thought I had found the answer. But about 2.5 months in, the intense flushing returned and with such intensity and with extra skin hotness (at about 2 months in). I am so tired of people asking why I am so red!! It's so embarrassing and very uncomfortable, and I also feel like it rules my life. With your video, I've finally been in the right direction. Thank you again, I hope to try some of the things you have mentioned soon.

Thank you so much for all your information! I hope you continue to make these shorts for the SNP's! I found your histamine block first from my MCAS group and wow, I could eat vinegars and eggs again and so many other foods! I am in Canada and I haven't been diagnosed with MCAS, it's just a guess. I get the same response (horrible inflammation and body pain, tongue swelling, neck pain, burning throat, sore neck and swollen nodes there, and my blood pressure, heart rate, and blood oxygen levels drop drastically with PVCs every 3rd beat, benadryl and cetirizine helps) with histamine as I do to scents and other foods that don't seem to be high in histamine. I've read your book and I'm reading it again, but I am looking for info on my CBS gene and what other genes I need to look at that could possibly be causing this. Supplements are very hard to find that I don't react to. Are there any other resources like this that you have or recommend to help people like myself? Since being isolated inside our scent free home during the start of the pandemic, I suffer that mild anaphylaxis (paramedic and pharmacist both say that's what it is when my heart rate and everything crashes) almost every time I leave my home or if anybody comes over. I am not sure which supplements I should be taking to support cleaning my genes that could be triggering ana. I so appreciate everything you do to help people!

I'm so sorry to hear of all your issues. Yes for me too the nosebleeds, tinnitus, migraines and red face after excercise and ME/CFS/Long Covid. I'm gluten sensitive and remember way back b4 I knew this that when I would eat spaghetti my inner thighs would get red like a sunburn and a week later the skin turned darker and rough. It was so weird. Now I know what caused it. Plus being on Paleo, GF, DF nightshade free anti-immune protocol, and now low histamine diets. . .It is stressful to figure out what I can eat so I compromise a bit on the histamine foods as you can watch your bucket and lessen the intake if necessary. Don't you just hate this toxic evil world we live in? The CV plandemic on top of all these other health issues! I think I'm becoming an expert listening to so many podcasts. Dr. Lynch is just great and he's figuring it out WITHOUT the big NIH $ that the psuedo scientists need to produce lying research for big pharma so they can make billions. I just am SO appreciative of Dr. Lynch and the FLCCC docs such as Dr. Pierre Kory, Dr. Vaughn, Dr. Been, etc. Dr. V put me on anticoagulant therapy and my migraines went almost completely away and the psoriasis improved 90%. Now there FINALLY are people in our corner! Look online for a good "functional med" doc or FLCCC one. Prayers for you to become 100% well! 🙏💖

I love this info, but it is all overwhelming. I have been trying for a while to figure out why I am so sick. I also have issues with insomnia to the point where I am completely unable to fall asleep for 1-4 days. Yes 4 days in a row with no sleep. I have the MTHFR gene mutation, the COMT gene mutation, and DAO :/ I have estrogen dominance, I am post menopausal, I have mixed connective tissue disease, Sjogren's Syndrome, and serious gut issues including several food allergies. I eat organic whole foods, do not drink or smoke, and use natural personal care products and cleaners. I am not on any pharmaceuticals. I tried the DIM pill and it made everything worse :/ I take the B complex and have the samE, but have been afraid to try it. I just want to feel normal again. I got the book Dirty Genes so I am hoping I can get a handle on all this.

2018 was my histamine year. Red puffy swollen eyelids. Dry flaky skin under my eyes. One thing that helped me was going on vacation to Costa Rica for my vegan friend's wedding. We all stayed for a week in a beautiful place with a chef who made amazing vegan meals. It's very hot there, and humid, so sweating was a big thing. I'm convinced that the diet and sweating really helped me. It was a few months after that, that I learned of histamine and was following Dr Lynch. If you have opportunity to sweat safely, consider adding it to your regimen. I'm certainly no doctor, but have learned by testing myself and following Dr Lynch and others.

I also learned a lot from Dirty Genes the book, and the new Strategene DNA test. Slow COMT, compound heterozygous MTHFR, slow DAO in my wheelhouse. I wish you the best of luck. We are our own best advocates. If you can find a practitioner, that is best, but in my own experience that is challenging, I got tired of paying medical professionals money for them to just say "Huh, that's weird." Yes, direct quote. More than once. I still have slips now and then, but for the most part I've gotten my histamine under control.

Quercetin (in HistaminX) and other anti-histamines can have a rebound effect that makes ASTHMA WORSE. They basically make you histamine resistant, and the body makes more histamine to compensate, so you end up with higher levels than you had before after a couple of days. It works similarly to the way insulin resistance increases insulin production.
