- Lemon Curd is a thick, soft and velvety cream that has a wonderful tart yet sweet citrus flavor. Traditionally it was used as a spread for scones but today it is used as a filling for tarts, pies, and cakes.
Drizzle this cream over your desserts or use this lemon curd as filling for cakes , tarts , pies , macarons ... you name it!

90 ml lemon juice
1 tbs lemon zest
150 gms sugar
Corn flour 1 tbs and 1tbs water slurry
85 gms condensed milk
100 gms butter
I tried this recipe recently. It came out really delicious. The consistency and taste was just like egg lemon tart but the best part is that there was no smell of egg and way easier than egg version.
