    Spinach and corn Tart is a cheesy dish that can easily prepared at home. This side dish is amazingly exotic and delicious and is cooked using wheat flour, semolina, mozzarella, cheddar cheese.
    Method:
    1. Prepare a stiff dough without much kneading.
    2. Cover the dough with cling wrap or butter paper and refrigerate for about half an hour.
    3. Divide the dough in 2-3 equal parts and take a portion of dough, place it between butter paper and roll it into a half inch thickness.
    4. Place rolled dough onto tart mould and gently press around the sides of tart mould.
    5. Prick all over the tart with knife or fork to prevent rising while baking.
    6. Cover with butter paper and refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes.
    7. For blind baking place a piece of butter paper on tart and place some heavy pulses like kidney beans or chickpeas.
    8. Bake at 180 temperature in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
    9. For Spinach Corn filling: Heat a pan and add butter, oil, boiled corn, spinach, salt, mixed herbs, chili flakes, garlic powder and cook until spinach become soft.
    10. Cream sauce: Blend Heavy cream and cottage cheese together and prepare a smooth paste.
    11. Assemble Tart: Spread a layer of cheese.
    12. Add layer of spinach corn filling on top of cheese.
    13. Add one more layer of cheese, spread prepared cream and cottage cheese paste, sprinkle some chili flakes and cheese.
    14. Bake at 180 temperature for 15-20 minutes.
