- **For the Biscuit Base:**
- 90 grams digestive or Marie biscuits
- 45 grams melted butter
- **For the Cheesecake Filling:**
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh cream
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup caster sugar
- 1 ripe Alphonso mango, pureed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- **For Garnish:**
- Fresh cream
- Fresh mango slices
- Cherries
