Light, airy, fluffy, moist and filled with mango flavour- this dessert is a MUST TRY!
Ingredients -
12 pcs sponge fingers (can use vanilla sponge cake)
1 cup mango juice
Fresh mangoes- chopped
For the mascarpone mix-
200 g mascarpone cream
100 g whipped cream
2 tsp vanilla
25 g castor sugar
