MANGO TEA CAKE | Mango specials

MANGO TEA CAKE
Perfect cake to enjoy this mango season. Moist, eggless and easy to make!
Ingredients:
100 g sweetened condensed milk
50 g butter (aroom temp.)
1 tsp vanilla essence
100 g all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup mango puree
2 tbsp dahi
Milk as required to make a batter
Mango slices, pistachio slices, dried rose petals to decorate
Bake in a pre heated 170 degree oven for 35-40 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.
