Glad you liked it - it's one of my favourite interviews I've done. Phil has been there and done that and I loved his ideas and how frankly he shared them!

I'm so glad Hugo! These interviews are a bit of a passion project. I love talking to people in the field who are doing the job about what it's really like. And I've learned a lot myself along the way too.

I just published this interview and it was so REAL! You'll probably recognise yourself in some of the stuff we talked about because we share a LOT of our mistakes. I love that Phil has such a clear point of view on account management. It makes such a difference to your mindset and your success. Let me know what you think!

@@gungmitha3667 Great idea - and I don't have anything yet on the channel about Global Account Management. I'll add it to the list. In the meantime I'm running an online workshop later this month on GAM - early bird tickets are £7/$9 at amtip.co/event

So much good stuff in Phil's interview - so many people have messaged me to say they got value from it, and I'm glad you're one of them.

Interesting to hear about the AE experience in other industries. I’ve been working in sales and marketing in Pharma/Biotech for 30 years and an AE for about a decade. When you become an Enterprise AE it sounds like the mix of success factors is very similar across industry’s and markets.

Hi there, thanks so much for watching my video and taking the time to share your perspective! I really appreciate hearing from someone with your depth of experience working in sales, especially on the enterprise side.
It's fascinating to hear that the key success factors are quite similar for enterprise AEs across various industries and markets. Building trust and becoming a strategic advisor seem to be universal, which makes total sense when working with large complex accounts. (I only wish employers realised this - still to much focus on industry experience in recruitment in my opinion).
I'd love to learn more about any unique challenges or best practices you've discovered working in the pharma/biotech industry specifically. As I create more content around succeeding in an AE role, your expertise could provide really helpful insights!

I have an interview (2nd) for an account manager role next week. the account manager has 400 accounts to look after. For my interview, I need to have a territory plan which shows:
    Accounts for Growth
    Accounts at risk
What my approach needs to be and how I identify these types of accounts
I can't find any advice to help me prepare for this part of the interview.. can anyone help? (I really want this job)
