In this video I demonstrate 3 basic exercises that you can use to rehab a sore shoulder or shoulder Impingement syndrome. . #frozenshoulder #rotatorcuff
Thanks for the super helpful shoulder impingement exercises, Neil! The detailed walkthrough with the stretchy band, broom handle, and those tips for getting through the sticky points were spot on. Definitely going to try these out and see if they help my post-run shoulder pains. Love your practical approach to rehab. Keep these great videos coming!
When i was focused on strength training only, in my younger years, I was always recommended to do that shoulder dislocation exercise. It was to make the shoulders mobile enough to comfortably hold the barbell on your back, in the lower position that power lifters use. I had to buy a really long stick to suit my tight shoulders at first!
I will try it. I have had rotator cuff issue on one side since my 20s due to boxing injury . I have started using hellabands but your exercises are new
Very much in need of this! I've never been able to lift my left arm to do overhead press movements without pain. I've modified my gym routine now to avoid most vertical pressing exercises which is frustrating. I think it's from poor swimming form as a kid. I've never really known anything other than it being like that though so have just learned to modify and live with it. Will give these a go though to see if it helps!
Thank you, Neil. Good job.
Thanks Neil 👍
Thanks for watching, Paddy.

It's a great exercise and one that should be done weekly by most people to ensure good shoulder mobility in old age
