You saved my life. I have been deaaling with this pain for almost 5 years now. After watching lots of videos trying to find stretches, exercises, etc to relief the pain, visiting 2 chiropractors/physiotherapists nothing worked, the pain always came back.
In the video you pointed all the spots I have discomfort and pain. I did what you said in the video and it was magical, instant relief. I will keep doing this for the next days, but im certain that i will get rid of this soon. Thank you so much!

5 years of pain but yet you're certain one set of exercises has fixed you? Comments on physio videos really piss me off. Don't coment unless 3 months have passed and you're fixed. No one cares that you feel better after one workout. That doesn't help any one or indicate anything of value.

    • @TOSTreatment

      1. Not a physio
      2. Don’t comment if you’re going to get mad at someone else for feeling relief.
If you’re having a bad day then I’m sorry for that but don’t take it out on others.

You aren’t kidding when you say TOS requires multi-treatment approaches. I’ve resorted to tennis ball releasee, self massage, TENS machine, ibuprofen, anti-inflammatory foods, and so many exercises to alleviate/mitigate the pain.

GREAT content. New sub. Do you have a physical location / brick & mortar as well? Been dealing with and chasing significant front shoulder pain for 12+ yrs after a bad dirt bike crash and I think TOS has been a result (massive 'guarding' turned into horrible posture turned into really bad nerve pain / shoulder pain). Bro, if you've found, and are fixing my pain? For real?
