If you want to treat your thoracic outlet syndrome in only 12 minutes then make sure to watch this full video. Inside, I’ll explain the most likely reason for getting TOS, the best treatment for thoracic outlet syndrome, and even how to keep your pain away forever.
Even though I am a professional this is still not medical advice. The content is intended to be educational only. If you are a patient, seek care from a health care professional.
You saved my life. I have been deaaling with this pain for almost 5 years now. After watching lots of videos trying to find stretches, exercises, etc to relief the pain, visiting 2 chiropractors/physiotherapists nothing worked, the pain always came back.
In the video you pointed all the spots I have discomfort and pain. I did what you said in the video and it was magical, instant relief. I will keep doing this for the next days, but im certain that i will get rid of this soon. Thank you so much!
Let’s go! I’m so happy to hear that. Keep it up, you got this! 🦾🫡
5 years of pain but yet you're certain one set of exercises has fixed you? Comments on physio videos really piss me off. Don't coment unless 3 months have passed and you're fixed. No one cares that you feel better after one workout. That doesn't help any one or indicate anything of value.
1. Not a physio
2. Don’t comment if you’re going to get mad at someone else for feeling relief.
If you’re having a bad day then I’m sorry for that but don’t take it out on others.
I have watched many of your videos. As a former gymnast, doing yoga for several decades, practiced medicine for long time, I can not resist to give you the highest points. Excellent understanding the subject and perfect explanations. My wishes of the very best for you, you are doing great job.!!!!
Thank you! I truly appreciate that 🦾🫡
You aren’t kidding when you say TOS requires multi-treatment approaches. I’ve resorted to tennis ball releasee, self massage, TENS machine, ibuprofen, anti-inflammatory foods, and so many exercises to alleviate/mitigate the pain.
Going to check out the link.
lol, it’s def a multiple treatment option.
Where do you put the TENS pads for the best result?
Will it heal completely?
@@deepanshubattu4409 cant say for sure
Hell yes. This is precisely the video I have been looking for, thank you! Great explanations and visuals, and that app for the muscle anatomy! What's the name of the app?
Thanks!
The apps called complete anatomy.
Thank you Adam! Always incredible information and strategies. I have been working on these and love seeing the addition of the occipital muscles here. I have been convinced my neck hates me for years! 😊 but these help so much.
I’m very happy to hear that! Thank you!
To correct my TOS symptoms, I had my first rib removed on each side when I was 16. It helped a ton but my muscles have never felt the same...
Sorry to hear that
Amazing.. life changing. Thank you so much.
I’m glad to hear it! Keep it up.
Seems to work bro, will wait a few hours to be sure! Thanks a ton!! 🙏🙏
Let me know how you feel later on! I’m glad it’s working right now and don’t forget to keep it up.
@@TOSTreatment did I few Tos tests that saw here on YT, seems I am ok, but have~ pain(tingling) around collar bone sometimes acompanied with upper hand(triceps area) and some stifness in my neck..
Not shure what's the cause. Probably some stifness somewhere
@@bojanbuck7874 I would poke around and massage your chest, biceps, and maybe even stomach area.
@@TOSTreatment def better today boss, extentions are not as helping as massaging. Also not fond of pushing my head with towels etc
@@bojanbuck7874 Lets go! Im happy to hear that. Keep it up but also if you have time, do those exercises after the massage.
The massage releasing the bad tension, the exercises creates better tension.
Thankyou for this. Are u able to do a video on how to use a tens machine ie. Placement of the pads for these issues to help the pec minor, shoulder neck snd upper right back ❤🙏
I’ll do what I can but that’s not a tool I own at the moment.
@@TOSTreatment ok no worries at all. Thanks for the reply
Great explanation. Thank you.
Thank you! I’m glad it was easy to understand.
Thank you ❤
You’re welcome!
Hey, I have dizziness associated with pain in my TO area and my neck. Any suggestions re not being able to lie on a ball/roller? Thanks 😊
Do it standing or sitting with your hands or a soft tool.
Great video, I am agonized by carpal tunnel syndrom like pains and problems as well as tendonitis on both hands. Casts are not working, so I believe TOS could be a valid reason for my problems. I am really excited to get working on it with your videos, thanks a lot! Out of curiosity, what programm are you using for the anatomical shots?
Thanks! the app is called anatomy.
What if I have other problems like mislocated disc in the spine, that can also cause the pain in the shoulder. Would this program help
Yes it can. Might take a little longer but it def can!
@@TOSTreatment I certainly want to try it out, following some videos of you helped temporary. That's why I'm not sure
@@MatthiasOneplus9-ou8lf temporary is the right direction. cant expect it to disappear after a few tries and without a plan.
GREAT content. New sub. Do you have a physical location / brick & mortar as well? Been dealing with and chasing significant front shoulder pain for 12+ yrs after a bad dirt bike crash and I think TOS has been a result (massive 'guarding' turned into horrible posture turned into really bad nerve pain / shoulder pain). Bro, if you've found, and are fixing my pain? For real?
Welcome to the Channel! I perform in home calls in san diego, ca.
Is it safe to do these self massage techniques Muktiple times a day or everyday? Because honestly they just feel really good especially the neck strip method😂
Yes it is safe as long as you’re being gentle. If it’s super sore then maybe wait a day in between sessions. Think of it like a hard workout.
How can I get a consultation?
shoot me a email adam@tostreatment.com
Darn if I'd only known about gravity.
It’s a hidden problem we all have to deal with. 😂
Gravity is a theory. A bad one. You must mean downward acceleration due to electrostatics
