- We stopped off at Ten Mile Lake Provincial Park, north of Quesnel, BC, for lunch and a walk and were surprised to find out that the campground showers are free for the public to use! Not one to look a gift shower in the...faucet?? I jumped in and enjoyed a lovely hot shower before heading off to our next destination...Prince George! See you there!

My 2nd channel - LITTLE CABIN IN THE YUKON
When I'm not traveling in an RV or at home working on an RV, I'm usually at our remote, off grid log cabin in the Yukon. My husband and I have had this cabin for over 20 years and love it. If you'd like a look into that part of my life, I have a channel showing how we live there, lots of beautiful scenery and wildlife. So much of what I learned living off grid at the cabin has come in handy living in an off grid RV! The link is here-

Really pretty park and free showers too!! Wow! It was cool to see Freddie and Gracie out and about.
Hey Jen! Thanks for watching😁
Awesome! A free shower should never be passed up... lol. That was so nice of him to show you the way.😊😊
Hey Angela!😁It was the BEST shower of my trip! The park worker was so nice. He seemed really happy to be able to offer me a free shower👍Take care!
What an absolutely beautiful place to spend some time. The animals really loved it didn’t they. And you got a free shower out of the deal. I have to say I just love your choice of music. It was so nice. Have a blessed week Sue.
Thanks, Winter! It is a beautiful provincial park. The animals did enjoy their walk-about and I sure appreciated the free shower😁
I was looking at harnesses just yesterday for my cat. Now that we have a RV again, I want to take her.
That’s great! Gracie is an indoor cat, so she has always been on leash and also has a neat pop up cat tent.
Nice to know about free services.
Yes, isn’t that great!! I’ll be stopping at provincial campgrounds for free showers more often!😁
Another great video😊 thanks for taking us along!
Thanks, Brenda❤️Hope you’re doing well😁
BC's Provincial Parks are day use fee FREE!
There were so many State parks in the US we did not visit because of day use fees.
$25 isn't bad. Wow free showers even if you don't camp? Now that's something. Not sure we have any place here that does that. Sure looks like it would be a nice place to camp. Haha don't lower the camera. You might show us more than you want to lol. Yeah costs here have gone up, as well. But still cheaper and more fun that being in a crowded hotel. Glad you got a free shower. Thanks for sharing, but not too much 😉😆
Lol! Yes, I was pretty careful with the camera! You have to remember that that $25 is in Canadian! It would be even better in USD! $18.28! Which, in comparing it to State Parks we looked at does look pretty good! Most of the ones we checked out were $30USD! The price of campsites has gone up quite a bit in recent years, but still cheaper than a hotel! Hope you and Jessie are doing well!

So how is it when cat poops in tge middle of nite? Lol. Thats my concern in a car.
Lol!! Good question!😆It’s never actually happened! Gracie is pretty ‘regular’ and uses her litter box during the day only. It gets cleaned soon after. I used to keep her litter box in the front on the floor, but switched it to the back to make it easier to access my solar battery. So far, having the litter box in the back, by my nose at night, hasn’t been an issue.
