underrated and useful stretches for getting higher kicks, my martial arts gymmates look at me weirdly for doing this but this stretch helped me open up my hips a lot

@@claysoggyfries these are basic TKD knowledge, with dubok it gives lonher legs impression so the mind sets at ease, your exercises are subject to your past practises too
I have done this stretch video twice now before legs workout.Helps for sure and most definitely was sore the first time just from stretching alone.

Hi Adison, this is so cool. I used to watch you on television on a show where they showed a lot of different people doing different types of workouts. I'm a body builder myself so I used to watch tv while working out and there were times where I got to see a few of your shows. They were very good. I even saw one where your bird had flown on your feet while you were doing your workout. That was cool. This is the first time I happened to see you here on youtube. But your video is a great as usual. As a body builder I always had a lot of respect for yoga people. They do some very difficult twists, bends, stretches and workout very hard. You're Awesome!

Wow!! I do good to tie my shoes 😂 and here you go bending and stretching in all kinds of different ways i lost both of my legs below the knees 5 years ago and I laid in a hospital bed for almost a year and it's took a toil on my body especially when it comes to movement and being flexible but honestly I wasn't that flexible before this happened but it's made it way more worse now than before but I'm just thankful I Walk with prosthetics and do everything I used to do and not laid up in a hospital bed.

I broke my femur a while back in my freshman year of high school. I did physical therapy for a while but it would hurt and because i was young i neglected it. Now around pelvis, if i were to even attempt to do a frog split i would just feel a pinch on that side really bad and its almost like i can just put weight on my pelvis at all that way. :(

They definitely work but the intent of the video and the outfit are mainly to attract a lot of male viewers, which it clearly has and does. Most yoga channels on CZcams do this because it gets a lot of attention obviously. Is basically soft core porn disguised as yoga. No guy in the comments is watching this to learn about yoga.
