    Kopitiam looks like a winner.

agreed. Their version of chilli crab, the sauce is too runny. SG's version is more "thick" with the eggs slightly sort of scrambled to give the sauce more body and creaminess.

@@Surreal1640 Sarawak Laksa is more like Curry Laksa with coconut juice in it, but it also has tamarind in it to make it sour. But it is a subtle sour taste and not overwhelming. Chili crab ain’t have the eggy of it and mantou is to have the crispy ones. crispy with the eggy chilli crab sauce, fabulous. However this is more of a watery chili sauce instead of it being more thick.

Proud Malaysian right here, thank you for featuring our favourite food here!!
•Melaka is a popular state in Malaysia that sells chicken rice balls.
•We pronounced our pan mee just like the way you would say a Vietnamese "bahn" mi, so do that and you will be able to flaunt the local accent smoothly.
•As for Nasi Lemak, the rice and sambal are typically the stars of the show, so that's how the local usually judge off a normal to good version.
•Malaysia calls it roti canai (cha-nai) , SG calls it prata.

As a Singaporean, Kopitiam looks way better than Laut. Laut looks too pretentious. Kopitiam's food is what you'll find on the streets of Malaysia and Singapore which is the point of street food.
