Esthetician here that works with Mesoestetic and Cosmelan.
The Cosmelan 2 is meant to be a maintenance cream after doing the professional Cosmelan treatment in-salon. That being said, it is a potent depigmentation treatment but it will not completely remove all the deposited pigmentation.
You can use it as an at home treatment, but you should use it more often (ideally everyday or twice per day depending on the degree of hyperpigmentation)
I would also advise you to follow the period after opening label, because cosmetics should not last 2 or 3 years.

@@Corrans I would advise you to follow it with a regenerating/repairing moisturiser that will minimize the discomfort and help the skin become more tolerant to the Cosmelan. Mesoestetic has Melan Recovery in the Cosmelan protocol for use after the procedure but you can use any good cream that is focused on skin repair ❤️ Hope it helps!
Thanks for the review! I’ve seen mixed reviews of the Cosmelan, and actually the only positive review was with combined professional peels. The chart was really helpful too, so I can focus efforts on the top tier effective ingredients!

My dermatologist combines cosmelan 2 with retinol 2% for my routine, and it works, so I recomended. I had a PHI after a glicolic peeling apply for another certtified demartologist
